About the adventure

The Nine Hells are no place for mortal souls. After accidentally entering, you and your ragtag group must find a way to escape with your lives or be trapped there forever. But escaping isn't easy. Collecting the means to get out will involve complex plans, well executed heists, and pissing off some of the baddest fiends in all of the Nine Hells. Can you and your party get what you need and get out before the Hells swallow you whole? This campaign is a heist-centric game where each new arc takes place on a different layer of the Nine Hells, starting from the top and working your way down to the bottom. Each new arc showcases the layer of Hell you are currently on and follows a fun and engaging heist where you must find one of the nine items needed to perform the ritual to get you back home. Explore the Hells, gain allies, make enemies, and get out with the goods before you get caught. Play your cards right and you could change the Hells forever. This campaign uses a combination of 2014 and 2024 rules and begins at level 4.

About me

Hi, my name is Mina and I'd love to be your dungeon master! I've been obsessed with TTRPGs ever since I was in college and I jumped into DMing the second I could. I love writing homebrew settings that you and I can create together as your character explores the world and helps build it. My Dungeon Master style tends to be more loose and accepting. I love homebrew (as long as it's balanced) and I love hearing everyone's different ideas! The rule of cool is my best friend so expect to see crazy and incredible things happen in my games you wouldn't see happening anywhere else. Bending the rules to allow for awesome party moments is something to expect at my table because ultimately Dungeons and Dragons is about having fun and my goal is to make sure that the table is having as much fun as possible. With my extensive background in creative writing and character creation, you should expect to meet engaging NPCs, worlds tailored just for your party, and villains you love to hate! I play with mostly newcomers (though veterans are welcome too) and have even run afterschool programs for children as young as seven. I often try my hardest to be inclusive so if you've ever been worried that you won't fit into a group because of your gender identity, disabilities, race, or sexuality, my table is open and always welcomes you! So pull up a chair at my table and let's have fun together!

Character creation

Creating your character

Characters must be created in the Roll20 itself if needed (just ask and I can make you the sheet) or be created in DnDBeyond if you have that and connected with the Beyond20 extension. I do not allow physical dice rolling in my games, all dice rolling is digital. If you need help making a character, feel free to message me! I don't bite. All characters must be approved by me at least 72 hours before the first session.

What to expect

Preparing for the session

You will have access to the Roll20 and Discord we will be playing in. Other than that, you need to have a finished character sheet (either in dndbeyond or roll20) and a picture that can be turned into a token.

What Mina Guadalupe brings to the table

I will be providing ambient music, combats, maps, NPC character arc, My style is a very loose and fun dungeons and dragons where the rule of cool takes precedence (as long as it doesn't break the game). I'm all for balanced homebrew, and fun plans that could cause chaos in the long run. As long as everyone is having fun at the table, we're all good!

Safety

How Mina Guadalupe creates a safe table

My game uses digital X, N, and Os which can be messaged and are pinned in important info. Other than this, I ask for triggers before any gameplay begins so that everyone knows what is and isn't allowed in game.
