About the adventure
In Agents of Avalon you'll take on the role of a reincarnated person who was in the orbit of King Arthur. My only stipulation is someone needs to be Arthur. But anyone else from the tales of Camelot is open. Lancelot, Guinevere, Bors, Igraine, Morgana and so forth. Merlin and Mordred are the only exclusions. Fell free to set your Gender Toggle wherever you'd like. Is the reincarnated Arthur(or whoever) a man, a woman, an enby, trans? You decide. The game will be largely set in the near future in the city of Avalon. A shining beacon of hope in a world tumbling into despair. Mordred has been around for some time and their machinations have placed them in a place of power. Can the Agents of Avalon come together to thwart Mordred's schemes? That's up to you. This could be a fairly heavy game as some of the themes in Arthurian legends have some heavy themes. We'll discuss how deep we want to go in session 0. I'm shooting for a roleplay heavy game with theater of the mind combat. Minimal puzzle stuff. I'll be designing a custom team perk and weapons. Input is welcome.

About me
Sup nerds, My name is Michael and I've been playing/running games for nearly 30 years. I've ran games at GenCon for the past three years. I received a 5/5 score running for Evil Genius Games and a 9/10 running for Renegade Games. I typically prefer modern settings over fantasy but am down for pretty much anything. I'm able to run Essence20(Power Rangers, G.I. Joe, My Little Pony, Transformers), Everyday Heroes, Dungeons and Dragons and other games. I'm very open and willing to run with crazy ideas. Improvisation is probably my greatest strength as a GM. Creating your character
As part of session zero we'll at least begin creating your characters. We're starting at level one. All books are open for use. Having a copy of at least the corebook is helpful but not necessary.

What Michael Harris brings to the table
I love to encourage roleplay and immersion. I will do voices and sometimes they'll be good. I try to make combat descriptive and fun. I'm always down for Rule of Cool and other shenans as long as they don't hurt the story we're telling together.
Homebrew rules
There will be a Team Perk and likely other perks you'll earn outside the leveling system. The default setting is Defeat not Death but that can be discussed if the table wishes for a more lethal game.

How Michael Harris creates a safe table
There will be a Lines/Veils document. I'll be implementing X card and Rewind. If you feel the need to throw an X, on screen or though text are both welcome. This will all be covered in Session 0. We'll also discuss anything you wish regarding safety. This will be an inclusive and welcoming environment. I want the table to feel comfortable to explore their characters and how they interact with each other.
