About the adventure

Your freighter's held together by graffiti and cantrips. The cargo's definitely someone else's problem. The cockpit smells like ozone, energy drinks and decisions you'd make again and you've got about twelve seconds before these debt collectors do math you won't like. What you're getting into: πŸš€ D&D 5e + Dark Matter β€” magic and blasters, spell slots and starship chases 🎯 No predetermined plot β€” you chase what interests you, I build around your chaos 🌐 Persistent world β€” rob a convoy and another party finds a starving station three weeks later 🎭 50% RP (negotiations, schemes, found-family moments) | 40% combat (ship battles, firefights, tactical "oh no" moments) | 10% whatever the void throws at you Built for how brains actually work: cameras welcome, not required, sessions structured so you always know where we are, and a 15-minute break mid-session because three hours is a lot. Sessions are recorded so you can revisit anything you missed, no notes, no homework. This table is a safe space, your identity, your characters, your weird ideas are welcome here. Just show up and fly. Book a Session Zero. We'll figure out who you are, who you owe, and what you're willing to do about it. Worst case, you walk away. Best case, you find your crew.

About me

25, full of ideas and bursting to meet new people. Roleplay is why I play, getting to experience new ideas and new characters, it is everything I want. I am a long time fan of all kinds of fiction, long time Sanderson and Cosmere fan, and recently have become of fan of Dungeon Crawler Carl. The explosive moments, the world shaping consequences, the opportunity for things to go wild in ways you never expect. It is the feeling I aspire to bring to my games.

Character creation

Creating your character

In foundry we will be creating characters in session 0. We will be building level 1 character with point buy With this expansion, there will be additional class options for every DnD 5e class, as well as the many classes from Valda's Spire Of Secrets from the Alchemist to the Witch!

What to expect

What Elias brings to the table

I am a theater of the mind roleplay GM who also delves into tactical combat with simple easy to read maps. You can expect the rule of cool to come into effect, particularly when trying something interesting. I am a writer and a worldbuilder, as some players have described it "it is like peeling an onion, there is always another layer". Your choices in the game will have complex ripples that expand in your wake, changing the world around you. No two campaigns are the same.

Homebrew rules

Safety

How Elias creates a safe table

Before the game players get an onboarding form and a consent checklist. These aren't the end all be all for safety, just your conversation starters. Starting off the game will be a session 0 where we set expectations, share our goals and discuss boundaries for the game. I run games with breaks and an open door policy, because I can't sit still for 3 hours straight and you shouldn't have to either. And after the game, I have a easy stars and wishes form for players to fill out to let me know how the game is going and what they are looking forward to.
