About the adventure
This game is for anyone who likes mysteries, cozy settings, deep role-playing, and existential horror. The mechanics are based on the Powered-by-the-Apocolype system that encourages role-play and emergent storytelling. Early sessions will focus on cozy mysteries, and then will begin turning toward a Cthulhu-like horror adventure. Through it all we will use humor to soften the blows of the Dark Conspiracy.

About me
I have been playing and running TTRPGs for over 40 years and in that time I have played D&D, but I have also tried as many different games as I could get my hands on. I love teaching new players as well as teaching new games to seasoned players.

Creating your character
Character creation will be done during our initial session (Session Zero). The process is fairly simple; primarily just answer a few questions and choose a couple options. The whole process will take less than an hour.
Session Zero will be May 17 and will run every Sunday for 6 to 8 weeks. Duration of the campaign will depend on player actions. This is a game for role-players and those who enjoy a mystery and/or horror. While the player characters are all female, players can be any gender.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Requirements: Discord for voice & text, a decent mic and headset, 2 six-sided dice are optional, dice-rolling app included in the Discord channel.
What Jeff Walklin brings to the table
I love running this game! Each adventure contains a large cast of Suspects (NPCs) and I encourage the players to dig into the story by talking to them and go wherever the scene takes them. We let the story build from the actions of the player-characters. This will be a role-play heavy game with minimal combat.
