About the adventure
⇝ Learn the basics of Pathfinder 2nd Edition with this fun one-shot ⇝ New players welcome! No prior knowledge of the system required! ⇝ Pre-generated characters are provided, so we can jump right into the fun! ⇝ You'll learn everything you need to know while playing! No need to read the rulebook before we start. Many years after your pirate ship was captured, you receive a piece of a treasure map from your old captain, who recently died. So you meet up again with your former crew to fulfill his dying wish, which was for you to go and search the treasure he hid long ago! Will you be able to work together as a team once more? Explore the dead captain's cache, fight its guardians and at the end hopefully find a treasure worth far more than gold, in the best pirate manner. Arrrr, this adventure has it all! No matter if you're a seasoned expert or a landlubber newcomer to Pathfinder 2e, there is room for you in this crew!

Meet the Game Master
About me
Hello! I'm Florian, a Game Master based in Germany. I discovered tabletop RPGs a little later than most - around the age of 30 - but for the past 15 years, they've been a huge part of my life. Whether I'm behind the screen or rolling dice as a player, I love diving into new systems and crafting memorable stories. I got my start with Pathfinder right when 1st Edition launched, and I've been hooked ever since. While I never really played much D&D, Pathfinder 2e has become my favorite system to run these days. I also have experience running Vampire: The Masquerade and Shadowrun, and I've dabbled in many other games as a player. What I love the most about TTRPGs is the collaborative nature of it, where we all tell a story together.

Creating your character
There are four pre-generated characters available, whose backstory is tailored to the Adventure. It's strongly suggested these to be used, as otherwise certain aspects of the adventures make little sense.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
🎤 A working microphone 🌐 A stable internet connection and an internet browser (like Edge or Chrome) 💬 A free Discord account (I can help set one up if needed) 📷 (Optional) A webcam
What Florian the GM brings to the table
I'll provide access to the Foundry VTT and Discord Server that's being used for the game. Music will also be provided for ambience. Aye, I’ll be bringin’ me dreadful pirate accent too! (It be truly awful, so don’t be expectin’ much, ye scallywags!)
Homebrew rules
This will mostly be RAW, though as its a one-shot, I'll play things more fast-and-loose. If something feels like it should work, we'll find a way to make it work!

How Florian the GM creates a safe table
On the discord you'll find the link to the Lines and Veils document. Before the actual session, there will be a quick discussion, but not a true Session 0 (it's a one-shot after all). X-Card is supported by a Foundry module. This table is also LGBTQ+ Friendly and bigotry won't be tolerated.
