About the adventure
This is a weekly, episodic Call of Cthulhu game. Each session centers on a self contained investigation with its own clues, suspects, and horrors, while a deeper cosmic thread slowly coils beneath the surface. You play ordinary people, drawn into encounters with the unnatural. You won’t “win” by fighting monsters. You’ll win by asking the right questions, making terrible choices, and surviving with your sanity (mostly) intact. The rules for Call of Cthulhu are fairly simple and everyone is welcome. No need to learn the rules beforehand as I can in 1 minute summarize all you need to know to start playing.

About me
Hello, my name is Johan, but when I'm behind the keeper screen I'm Lester Goodman. I have been running Call of Cthuhlu weekly for about four years now. Before that I had been runing a variety of games like pathfinder, shadowrun, drakar&demoner and runequest. My games are mainly focused on the investigation and mystery, but it can become a bit spooky from time to time. I mainly run prewritten scenarios over at roll 20 that I try to weave into a larger narrative.

Creating your character
Character creation will either be sorted before hand in session 0 or I can provide pre generated characters. No books necesary but if you have the investigators handbook that can help a little bit but its not necesary at all.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
You need to have a Roll 20 account as that is where we are playing and you need a Discord account as that is were the voice chat will take place.
What Lester brings to the table
I'm hoping to run a fun and mysterious call of Cthulhu game that can get a little bit scary at times but are not the main focus of the game. It's light on combat and heavy on the investigation. But when combat happends its fast and deadly.

How Lester creates a safe table
I will have a session 0, either as a short introduction before we play or if agreed upon a day leading up to the game day where we can talk about what we are ok with and what we want to avoid.
