About the adventure

This is a full PvP, faction-based roleplaying battlefield where only one rule matters: secure the objective and eliminate your enemies. The game is built for fast-paced, high-stakes encounters in formats such as 1v1v1, 2v2, or 2v2v2, where alliances are fragile, tactics matter, and survival depends on skill, strategy, and adaptability. Players will make characters from powerful factions drawn from a brutal fantasy world of Warhammer Fantasy. Each match is a clash of ideologies, warbands, and legendary warriors, where fame, glory, and dominance are won through blood and fire. You will get XP for your faction and character creation, which can be spent to unlock new careers, upgrades, and specialized roles within your chosen faction. There is no fixed balance—only careful matchmaking and adaptation to ensure fun for all players. This is a sandbox of chaos where creative builds, unexpected strategies, and extreme character concepts are encouraged. Together, we will build your most insane characters and bring them into battle. Factions available: The world is divided into many warring powers, each offering unique playstyles, units, and identities: Empire (Sigmarite Orders, Witch Hunters, Engineers, Imperial Army) Wood Elves (Wardancers, Thorn Brotherhood, Wild Hunt) High Elves (Chrace Warriors, Loremasters, Sea Guard) Dark Elves (Cult of Khaine, Sorcerers, Shades, Beastmasters) Chaos Undivided (Warriors, Marauders, Mutants, Chaos Sorcerers) Skaven / Underempire (Gutter Runners, Globadiers, Grey Seers) Greenskins (Black Orcs, Savage Orcs, Archers, Stabbas, Squig Riders) Beastmen (Bestigors, Ungors, Centigors) Undead (Vampires, Necromancers, Wights, Spirits) Dwarfs of the World’s Edge Mountains (Slayers, Ironbreakers, Engineers, Runesmiths) Ogre Kingdoms (Maneaters, Gorgers, Maw disciples) Kislev (Ice Witches, Hussars, Bear Riders, Streltsi) Araby (Assassins, Snake Whisperers, Mystic Orders) Norsca (Jarls, Berserkers, Reavers, Vitki shamans) Grand Cathay (Celestial warriors, gunpowder artisans, disciplined legions) Nippon (Samurai, Yokai Tamers, Sun Cultists) Ind (Beast tamers, Tigermen, Fire Priests) Sartosa Pirates (Captains, Cannoneers, Deckhands) Chaos Dwarfs (Dawi Zharr, Hobgoblin auxiliaries, Daemonsmiths, Infernal warriors) Albion Old Faith (Druids, Highlanders, Amazon warriors) Lizardmen of the Great Plan (Temple Guard, Skirmishers, Pteradon Riders) Tilea / Estalia / Border Princes (Diestros, Mercenaries, Occultists) Mootland Halflings & Gnomes (Riders, Fieldwardens, Tricksters) Let the mayhem begin...

Character creation

Creating your character

We will create Characters in session 0 with each team. Character creation will be separate for the teams to make the game more mysterious and surprising for the participants.

What to expect

Preparing for the session

Prepare couple of Character concepts from factions listed, does not have to be a career in the listed ones, can be something else, have hamachi installed for smooth foundry connection. Bring a buddy if can because its more fun with friends.

What BigBadWolf brings to the table

We will be playing on Foundry Virtual Tabletop, where character and faction creation will take place together in a dedicated 2–3 hour Session 0. During this time, we will build characters collaboratively, choose factions, and ensure everyone is aligned with the tone and structure of the game. Before that, we will hold a short 1-hour Session 0 discussion with all players. This is where we talk about expectations, playstyle preferences, and how experience (XP) progression will work. The group will decide the overall pace of the oneshot—whether it is low XP for slower, gritty, or high XP for faster more explosive, high-power builds and combat. Once characters are complete, we will schedule the battle session. From there, the game begins in full: faction warfare, PvP encounters.

Safety

How BigBadWolf creates a safe table

All details will be discussed before character creation during Session 0. This is a heavy, gritty PvP battle-focused game built around faction warfare and intense encounters—so it may not be for everyone.
