About the adventure
An eldritch terror has crashed near Gundarlun, sparking a race against a rising tide of maritime horror. From Neverwinter to the frozen reaches of Icewind Dale, you’ll navigate a sprawling sandbox where your choices and the factions you aid shape the North. As high-seas action shifts into Lovecraftian dread, you’ll uncover the Kraken Society’s alien influence before descending into the sunken nightmare of Ascarle. This is a full length campaign. We can expect to complete the story in roughly 25 to 35 sessions. We are running this epic tale using the Nimble RPG system. This means combat is fast, tactical, and cinematic, leaving more room for the deep roleplay and world interaction. Because we are embarking on a long-term campaign, I want to make sure we build a fantastic, cohesive group. Before we officially start, I will be running a COMPLETELY FREE "VIBE CHECK" SESSION for all signed up participants! This zero-pressure intro session is a great way for us to meet, play together and see how well our playstyles mesh before officially committing to the long-term journey.

About me
Hey I'm Maia (my-ee-uh), a storyteller, actual play producer, and longtime lover of narrative-driven games. I found TTRPGS a few years ago and immediately fell in love with how collaborative, emotional, and unpredictable they can be. I've been GMing ever since-building immersive worlds, guiding personal arcs, and chasing those unforgettable table moments that happen when a group really clicks. In addition to private campaigns, I also create and publish actual plays, both live streamed and edited, on Twitch, YouTube, and podcast platforms. Producing those shows has sharpened my sense of pacing, tone, and scene work, and I bring that same care to every table I run, whether we're recording or just playing for fun privately.

Creating your character
We will handle everything during Session 0, starting at Level 1. I will provide the Nimble Core Rules and Heroes book beforehand so you can look through the options. We are sticking to the core Nimble rules for fast play. We can easily adapt any options specific to the adventure to fit this system. The focus of our first meetup will be building your heroes and making connections and fleshing out your background.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
The main thing is to read the free Nimble quickstart rules at this link: https://nimblerpg.com/pages/start And more info is given once you officially sign up.
What Maia (my-ee-uh) brings to the table
I run a roleplay heavy game. This mainly means I appreciate players who take the initiative, interact with the world, and take the spotlight while knowing how to include others. I follow the rules of the game, but if you have a cool or quirky idea, I am more than happy to go along with it! There will be use of ambience and music to set the mood. Combat is included, but it is only initiated if it makes sense in the story. This is not a combat heavy game. My goal is to provide a structured yet flexible environment where your creative choices drive the journey through the Feywild.
