About the adventure
This is Daggerheart: Dungeons of Drakkenheim The ruins are inhabited, of course. The above ground portion of the Rat's Nest Tavern was smashed but ratlings are thriving in the basement warrens. They're doing so well that they're inviting others to join them, somewhat forcibly. The Amethyst Academy has asked you to retrieve that big crystal piece of meteor that smashed the Rat's Nest Tavern. Is it worth your trouble? We'll build this game together as Daggerheart intended! Using the guidelines in the Daggerheart core book, I'll craft the game based on the details you provide. Daggerheart uses 2 D12 dice for most rolls. These duality dice mean that not only do you succeed or fail, you do so with Hope or with Fear! We will learn as we play. I will introduce rules as they come up in play and walk through them with you. I'll also provide a rules reference sheet before the game.

About me
Check out The Wives Anarchy https://www.twitch.tv/thewivesanarchy to see me run games like Candela Obscura. I'm here for collaborative storytelling and world-building. I aim to create a welcoming space for players to try new things, have fun and share our enthusiasm for RPGs. From hunting vampires to becoming vampires, I'll lead your characters on a fulfilling journey and we'll spin a good yarn together. I love to introduce beginners to ttrpgs and new games. I try a lot of new games myself so I am very familiar with how it feels to learn something new. I hope I'm able to help my players delight in learning games. My background includes education and writing instructions. Helping people play games is a fun way to use that skill set. I've been organizing a TTRPG meetup for 7 years focused on creating a welcoming space for marginalized gamers. I helped guide the group to be open to all genders. Running the group really helps me to see how to create a supportive environment for marginalized people and how that environment supports the larger community. The biggest game I ever ran was a 20 person West Marches campaign. That game honed my communication and organization skills and certainly helped me to negotiate tricky situations between players. Making people feel welcome and comfortable in this amazing TTRPG space is my primary goal.
