About the adventure

The horrors of Silent Hill draws you in as the shady mystery that engulfs the town has now has its grips on you. Surviving a town filled with Hellish monsters, limited supplies, and no help in sight will be the main goal as the dying Silent Hill wishes to take you to Hell with it. Along with puzzles, shady characters, and an atmosphere that only Silent Hill can provide, this seasonal campaign will test your survival skills as your party does everything it can to make it through the restless nightmare and escape with your lives and what little sanity you can preciously conserve. This campaign uses level 2 characters, milestones, roll for stats and starting gear. Gear can be reflavored since the campaign takes place in a modern setting.

About me

I have been hosting tabletop games for over 5 years and have experiencing DMing all walks of life. I also have over 10 years of improv experience as well as a fan of fiction writing. I do tend to lean more on homebrew material when it comes to my main campaign, however I do host on occasion several books or official adventures from the source depending on the groups interest or if I have a good idea on how to run it. I tend to run more games that are unorthodox then usual games such as the Ocarina of Time campaign and a NCIS style cop drama that takes place in 80s Miami. I try to take the system into some wild places but with well writing and fun action to go along with it. I would say I am more 60/40 RP being more of the front runner but I try to make sure theres a good balance of combat and story telling.

Character creation

Creating your character

The characters should be level 4 and while I would prefer if they were to be human, im willing to work with any race and work it into the story. There are no restrictions with classes, for sure let me know on any homebrew you wish to be included for your character. Roll for stats and it is milestone as well as starting with equipment. Weapons such as guns are allowed as well as the use of magic.

What to expect

Preparing for the session

There will be a D&D beyond campaign link provided after joining where the character creation process is done. I will be more then happy to answer any questions you have while creating your character.
