About the adventure
Elves? Demons??? WAR???? If these things at all interest you than this campaign is for YOU! This high level campaign takes you to the Elven nation of Kyonin as it prepares for war with the terrible demon Treerazer! Long ago Treerazer warred on Kyonin only to be defeated and thrown back into the festering land to the South known as the Tanglebriar.

About me
My name is Eric, he\him. I am Canadian, a father of 3 great kids, a husband and a nerd. 🇨🇦 My very first character was a Gnomish Tinkerer built using AD&Ds Dragonlance Adventures and my cousin-DM absolutely despised him. He ended up killing my gnome with a wyvern in my second session ever. Even with such a rocky start I was hooked on TTRPGs. I started DMing my own game shortly afterwards, convincing some friends in highschool to play The Lord of the Rings Adventure Game. After growing up around The Hobbit and Lord of the Rings it felt like a natural fit. We traveled around Mirkwood, into the Frozen Heath, fighting Orcs, Spiders and wild beasts. I've come a long way from those beginnings almost 25 years ago and am excited to make new stories with new people.

What Eric the Red brings to the table
I do my best to give each NPC their own voice and mannerisms to enhance roleplay. I generally walk the line between RAW and Rule of Cool. I encourage my players to tackle situations in fun and interesting ways. You're Heroes after all!

How Eric the Red creates a safe table
I run a safe, inclusive table where players can be whoever they want without fear of judgment or violence. Session Zero will go over no-go areas for Lines and Veils and introuduce Safety Tools. A Safety Check List will be distributed at SZero. At the end of each session we will go over our favourite moments of the session and talk about what we might like to see next session. I will be available for a limited time after each session for further decompression if necessary.
