About the adventure

Whether it's procuring a well-guarded item or obtaining crucial information from an imprisoned contact, these tasks require careful planning and flawless execution. The secretive organization called the Golden Vault specializes in hiring crews for such jobs, and for the most daunting assignments—pursuing fabulous treasures and stopping dire threats—that crew is you! Taking on the role of hired hand, you will be tasked with several jobs, some difficult, others odd, that will require the use of brain and brawn to have success in this field. A simple robber makes out with the loot and hopes everything goes well.. a master thief leaves no trace and toys with its target. What type will you be?! Let's find out together! ;)

About me

I've always been enamored by great stories in film, books, comics and video games and the passion for a story that will grab you to your seat, that will leaving you wanting more is what I strive for as a GM and a storyteller. By the end of the pandemic, I decided to fully invest myself into this form of story telling and started, as many do, with a small group of friends who allowed me to put up my first game and haven't stop ever since. Now, three and something years later, I found myself playing games weekly with players from all over the world online, covering many of the official D&D modules from "Lost Mine of Phandelver" to "Vecna: Eve of Ruin" and craving to find more stories, more players that will help me tell amazing tales and have epic moments of fun while doing so.

Character creation

Creating your character

A session zero (preparation session for the campaign, free) will be had when a team of adventurers is assembled. In the Discord server or VTT I'll be able to help with character creation, ideas on how to integrate the character smoothly into the story and their own backstories and any other necessary topics. If you have little or no experience playing D&D online, don't worry as I will help you prepare before the start and also provide ongoing assistance as you progress.

What to expect

Preparing for the session

Simply put, players will need a Discord account, for easier group comms, Roll20 account, as our main VTT, and if they want they can use DnDBeyond for their characters as well (not necessary, all content will be available on Roll20 as well). A computer with a headset will be preferable for better overall audio experience.

What Nuno Silva brings to the table

All books I possess and features from Roll20 will be available to you on this game as well as my undivided attention and focus to help tell a great story, one that you'll remember for years to come! I'll do voices to enrich the world and music will be a most all around. Rules will be followed but creativity is much appreciated and encouraged as epic moments only happen when inspired, or uninspired, characters will let their imagination run wild!

Safety

How Nuno Silva creates a safe table

I keep an honest and open channel of communication since session 0 until the end of the campaign, making sure I acknowledge players concerns, and that they will always be able to raise their hand and let me know if whatever we are going through is a trigger for them, if not discussed before hand, so we can deal with it appropriately.
