About the adventure
What are you willing to do to secure the future of your people? Will you damn the rest of the world? The Lord of Blades might do just that, if they get their way. The world will not give the warforged rights, it didn't give the hobgoblins Darguun, they took it from Cyre before the Day of Mourning. The Mourning gave The Lord of Blades and their followers a home. What else will have to happen to have their people accepted on Khorvaire? Starting at 3rd level and capping out at 15th, this adventure will take you from Sharn to Xen'drik, from New Cyre to the depths of the Mournlands themselves to discover what dark plot is being hatched in The Lord of Blades' cold, iron heart.

What to expect
Preparing for the session
Please have a Discord account. The game will be theatre of the mind played over voice.
What David brings to the table
I do not do voices but ambient music will be playing when appropriate. I do embrace the rule of cool as long as it doesn't hog the spotlight from anyone else. I am always open to hearing what the players in my games want to do with their characters and try to accommodate wherever possible.
Homebrew rules
Modified critical hits: maximize damage, then roll the damage as normal. No critical failures: 1s are never an automatic failure

How David creates a safe table
In session 0, we will go over the themes of the game, any lines and veils that players may have, and that X cards will be messaged in chat or an x made with arms if the player is on camera and prefers it that way. The lines and veils will then be posted in the safety channel in the server.
