About the adventure
Curse of Strahd is very gothic style campaign where you can meet many a foe, and many friends to assit you. From monster hunter to kind merchant willing to hide you from the gaurds the cititzen of Barovia, are just as unhappy as you are with the situation, but they don't have the power to stop unlike you good hunter. In this campaign your PCs will grow from simple adventures in a bad situation to power hero's and mages where bad situations are just minor set backs to your victory. Conquer many foes make many friends and discover powerful magical secrets to enhance your ability for the hordes of undead await your mighty power, so that potentially you will join their ranks after death. All of this to try and kill the Count who trapped you here in this wretched kingdom. Discovers his secrets as well as his past carries many burdens that will haunt you on every step of your path. About me
Hello I'm Jack, a hopefully soon pro DM, and a so-so writer lol. I have over half a decade of experience in dungeons and dragons. I use fancy maps, well chosen environmental music, and a well chosen selection of third party books to enhance what we all love about this game. Creating your character
We will create our characters in the foundry at session 0. All official WOTC content is allowed and all homebrew must be looked overly throughly before being approved
This is currently a new campaign the party will be starting at level 3. If anything else here contradicts this statement give it no mind as this is the most up to date information.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
A Mic will be needed and a discord of course. A PC will also be needed, a decent one is recommended but I've run for someone using a chrome book so I'm sure almost anything will work.
What Jack brings to the table
I bring custom, as well as paid for maps. shout outs to czepeku, carefully chosen music to enhance scenes, and of course all offical WoTC content(and various other third party) Foundry will be used for VTT and discord for talking.
Homebrew rules
I try and do as little homebrew as possible to avoid confusion at the table. Of course if you wish to use any third party content you may as long as it is cleared with me before used in the creation of your character
