About the adventure
Six years have passed since the Second Inquisition shattered the Sabbat’s grip on this city, and now, their focus has shifted elsewhere. The few of us left must unite to survive, rebuild, and thrive in this new age of hiding and lawlessness. If you’re new to New York, welcome. Hello and welcome, I'm Avix, I am a lover of many things including TTRPGs, video games, Fantasy, FanFiction, and more. My journey into tabletop RPGs began in early 2011, and since then I've been deeply involved in TTRPGs. Creating your character
All characters will start as Neonates—newly embraced vampires from 1940 to the present day, or as Ancilla—vampires with a couple of centuries under their belt. All clans are available. With Storyteller approval, characters from other games can be imported. Character creation occurs during Session 0 with Storyteller guidance. If joining after the campaign begins, create your character before the first session—ST assistance provided. Characters will adhere to the creation rules outlined in the VtM 5e Core Rulebook, deviations of this will be noted in the resources channels within our Discord Server.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
**Player Requirements:** You'll need: -A Computer and Internet source. - A Roll20 account for accessing the VTT, managing character sheets, and rolling dice. - A Discord account and microphone (webcams optional, video is not required) for game related communication. Feel free to familiarize yourself with basic rules beforehand, though it's not mandatory. Players can provide visual representations for their characters if desired. Roleplaying in-character voices or accents is encouraged but not mandatory.
What Avix brings to the table
In this campaign your choices and the actions of your characters have consequences, NPCs and the world itself will react in a living world. You can find access to PDFs of the VTM 5e resources in our Discord. Visual aids including maps, NPC Portraits, and detailed locations will be provided through Roll20 during session. NPCs will be provided their own voice, you may choose to speak in your characters voice/dialect/accent but it is not required.
