About the adventure
This is the latest starter adventure for The One Ring 2nd edition! Sink into the boots of a hero of Middle Earth 60 years before Frodo's perilous journey. Become a Hobbit, Elf, Dwarf, Barding, or Ranger dedicated to protecting the folks of the northern reach of Eriador from a dire threat. All skill levels with the system are welcome, whether you're brand new or a seasoned player interested in the new starter set. All levels of LOTR fans are welcome as well, whether you've only seen half of the first movie or have the Silmarillion memorized.

At our zero session we will choose between the 5 pre-generated characters provided by the starter set. There is room for customization of these characters to suit your preferences.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
- A free Discord account for voice chat and additional communication is required, as well as a working microphone. - Complete the Campaign Consent survey linked in the Rules and Safety channel. Your responses are only visible to me. If you have any questions about the checklist feel free to ask. - A working video camera is recommended for more immersive roleplay but not required. - A Foundry link will be provided the day before the session. Foundry is free for players and hosted in-browser.
