About the adventure

The setting is a homebrew world of my making called Tera, filled with kingdoms, races, and various adversaries and allies, all gunning for power, control, and order, with clashing philosophies. It's a world filled with lore that new players and experienced players can enjoy. They can also contribute and flesh out Tera to make it more exciting and immersive.

About me

My name is Ronald Cruz Castro, I am Latino and I lived in SoCal California almost my whole life and I have always had some experience with tabletop games from playing from videos games that inspire from tabletop and made me curious about what truly tabletop games has to offer as videos games, books and movies can be limiting and restricted compared to playing tabletop which lead me down the road to playing Dungeon and Dragons 5e in my high school with couple of friends to GMing for Dungeon and Dragons, Star wars FFG, Cyberpunk Red and Avatar Legends. As this led to over 5 years of gaming, which had become such a vital part of my daily life, Tabletop has changed my life. It's brought my friends and me closer, allowing us to escape reality, immerse ourselves in a story, and have fun.

Character creation

Creating your character

Character creation happens in session 0, where all official D&D books are allowed, as the starting level is 5. The way I determine stats is either point buy or rolling 4D6. However, everything needs to be run by me if they want any kind of homebrew.

What to expect

Preparing for the session

I need the players to have a Discord and a Roll20 account, which they can use in a web browser. Once you have done that, you can join my Discord server and Roll20 game.

What Salvi brings to the table

I like to utilize ambinent music as I do heavily encourage roleplay as well as tactical combat as I do want the role that you're playing in to feel real and if the monsters hungry he will try to eat you, if a guy is trying to steal money from you he won't fight to the death he will run away, I love to embrace the rul,e of cool, if you're able to article or give something up to make something happen I'm always happy to try something for the player to do. Just here for the vibes.

Homebrew rules

Drinking a potion as a bonus action, death saves stay the same until you long rest, modifications to different spells or poison, for example, changing a lightning spell to an ice spell, or changing an item that adds poison damage to your sword to make it fire damage.
