About the adventure

Avengers Academy: West Coast Campus A Shared-Universe Marvel Multiverse Role-Playing Game The future of Earth’s Mightiest Heroes begins here. High above the Pacific on a state-of-the-art West Coast campus, the Avengers Initiative has launched its most ambitious program yet: a multi-squad training academy for the next generation of heroes. This is not detention. It is not sidekick school. It is a proving ground. Each table forms a squad of five recruits—gifted, enhanced, engineered, mystic, mutant, alien, or human—brought together to train, compete, and deploy on real-world missions. You will spar in advanced simulation arenas, navigate political pressure from global agencies, and confront escalating threats that unfold across a shared, living timeline alongside every other squad in the program. All teams operate within the same canon week. If one squad fails to contain a Hydra operation, another may deal with the consequences. If your team earns public acclaim, it changes how the Academy and the world respond to you. Reputation matters. Civilian safety matters. Leadership decisions matter. The West Coast Campus blends military precision with cutting-edge innovation. Recruits train in specialized tracks such as Cosmic Response, Mystic Defense, Intelligence Operations, and Crisis Intervention. Faculty mentors oversee development while evaluating performance under pressure. Competitive inter-squad exercises test cohesion, strategy, and adaptability. And when the alert sirens sound, training can quickly become reality. This is cinematic, character-driven superhero storytelling with consequences. Rivalries form. Alliances shift. Trust is earned. Your squad is not only fighting villains, but shaping its legacy within the Avengers Initiative. Gameplay centers on the Marvel Multiverse Role-Playing Game system, emphasizing tactical team combat, meaningful character arcs, and a shared-world continuity that allows for cross-table event nights and large-scale crises. Every session contributes to the broader narrative of the Academy. Whether you play a telekinetic prodigy, armored innovator, mystic apprentice, gamma experiment, or something entirely new, this is your origin story. Not everyone will graduate. The world is watching. The faculty is judging. The threats are growing. Welcome to Avengers Academy. Train hard. Lead well. Earn your place among the next Avengers.

About me

I am a 40+ year-old gay male. I work as a Licensed Veterinary Technician for poison control and went to school for not only that but animation / vfx. I was a VFX focus so I can't draw but I can make some cool trailers! I have been playing/running a variety of TTRPGs since I was very young. Red Box D&D of the '80s and into the heyday of AD&D in the '90s. I have played every edition released since then and also own numerous books from each era. Dungeons and Dragons however is not the limit of my system knowledge. I own and have tried countless other systems. My preferences have started to lean toward more narrative-based systems. Many of my games will focus on PBtA systems and FATE. I, however, have numerous other systems I would love to bring to the table, such as Power Rangers, Transformers, GI Joe ( Essence20 system), Chronicles of Darkness, Vampire the Requiem, Werewolf the Forsaken...etc( Storyteller System *a personal favorite*) Even the slightly crunchier Fate powered Dresden Files, Mouse Guard, Ironclaw/Jadeclaw, Wanderhome, My Little Pony (If you are feeling animals) Classic Marvel RPG (TSR 4-Color, FASERIP) and many more. If I'm not familiar with it I'm always willing to add it to my collection and learn it! I'm a kind and outgoing person. My tables will always be LGBTQ+ friendly. I have a passion for collaborative storytelling. I will offer a unique gaming experience full of visual references and vibes. This will include custom videos, music, and references. It will also include frequent text-based downtime posts between sessions. There will be 1 scheduled 4-hour sessions/week. The number of sessions depends on the price of the table spot and the specific game being run.
