About the adventure
Welcome to new and experienced players alike, this will be a homebrew campaign that will follow up to the official module Stonewalkers. Knowledge of stone walkers or having played through it is not required at all as its story is wrapped up. Knowledge of the Cosmere setting is also not required. 3 Players will be continuing from a just finished campaign through the Stonewalkers module, what we do as a follow up will open to all of the players to decide based on our various wants for the game. A few ideas are being floated around. Such as a high stakes political expedition into Shadesmar, or supporting the reformed Knights Radiant, and other options across Roshar. The timeline is around the timeline of book 2.5 Dawnshard and I am more then willing to incorporate players backstories into the narrative. We will be playing on VTT and Discord, if you have any questions or concerns about the game feel free to message me.

About me
Hello! My name is Kai and I LOVE ttrpgs and writing. Lately I have been focusing on the new Cosmere RPG system but have a interest in many more systems. Ive been playing D&D since my grandpa taught me when i was 8, so that's 20 years now! Ive run many shorter campaigns and one-shots. I have also ran a couple longer ones throughout the years. My longest lasted for 3 years and was a hex-crawl through a homebrew new continent in 5e. I am well versed in running combat heavy crunchy games as well as RP heavy loosey goosey games and thoroughly enjoy both play styles or a mix of the two. Overall, I just have a thorough love of ttrpgs and the bonds you can form and the stories you can tell through them, no matter the playstyle. As for myself, Im a avid reader of fiction books and spend most of my time playing ttrpgs, working, writing my own projects, or reading books. Ask me about my favorite authors and novels and Ill tell you all about them!

Creating your character
Starting level is 8, If you need I can share my Demiplane content with you so you have access to their character creator and the handbook. Their are rules for starting at a higher level in the book, I can go over these with you and settle on some of the choices that have to be made.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
I will send you a link to a Discord when you join the game. General communication about the game and voice calls will be on the discord. We will play on Fantasy Grounds VTT to start but may switch to Foundry at a later date.
What Kai brings to the table
I as a GM very much enjoy RP but also love a good balance. I try to have balanced sessions with a variety of gameplay and try giving everyone a chance to shine and build on their characters personal stories and the shared narrative. All players must have patience and be accepting of mistakes and forgetting the rules from both the fellow players and the GM, I want to be friendly to new players and nobody is perfect. I try to do simple character voices and keep them consistent but am by no means a voice actor so have tempered expectations of said voices. I do not usually provide music but could if asked. I tend to stick to RaW, but the cosmere system has a lot of "up to the gm" type RaW rules and I am not opposed to creative uses of things and rule of cool type moments.

How Kai creates a safe table
Lines and Veils will be established and enforced gently but firmly. I check in with everyone after the session ends and anything you wouldnt want to say in public my DM's are always open. Everyones comfort and fun is the goal and this is a accepting space. There will be a small 5 min break mid session every session.
