About the adventure
This is a game about people entering danger for opportunity. The opportunity to gain wealth, power, prestige. Leave your home as someone with no coin or name and return as someone who cannot be ignored. If you return at all. In this campaign you will be exploring the city of Drakenheim to seek your fortune. Hunting for the fragments of dark magic that destroyed the city. Powerful eldritch crystals that corrupt as much as they empower. But you are not alone. Many factions have descended upon the city and fight each other tooth and nail for resources. You will not only have to fend off deadly monsters but navigate the tense and dangerous politics of the city if you ever wish to make it out alive.

About me
Hi! I'm Disco. I've been running tabletop RPGs since my first D&D box set 19 years ago. My passion is creating narratives that are fun, moving, and heavily involve the backstories of the PCs. I've been running games professionally for 4 years and have experience performing and coaching improv in NYC, and doing voice work with Edge Studio and Learning Ally. Additionally, I was lucky enough to be a screenwriting fellow of Netflix's 2022 Children's Content Lab.

Creating your character
Characters will be level 1, created using the Dungeons of Drakenheim Beta Campaign frame for Daggerheart. We'll be making characters together as a group in session zero.

Players will need an account on Discord and on Roll20.
What Disco brings to the table
I love to use character voices when running games and am a working voice actor and comics writer. I love atmosphere building so music will be heavily featured as well. This is a game that brushes with horror, so while rule of cool will have its place I will also be fighting to keep the city of Drakenheim feeling as grounded and dangerous as possible.
