About the adventure
"When the Watch couldn't handle it, a lone airship ran towards disaster. And when one of Sharn's districts risked collapse from an earthquake, these heroes answered!" -Daily Dura Newspaper Calling all Heroes! Sharn, the City of Towers, is looking for any adventurer, magewright, veteran, or brave soul willing to join the founding of the city's first emergency response team. The Sharn Rescue Service was founded to prioritize the safety of Sharn and all of its citizens, taking on missions too dangerous for guards and too specialized for the Redcloak Battalion. Emergencies and Investigations The SRS has been fully operational for a few weeks now, and already they've saved many from sudden disaster or preventing it with good detective work. Some of the missions completed so far are: - Investigating a house fire which lead to a wild undead in the city, only for them to discover an Undead Karnnathi Soldier who started to remember their family. - Going undercover in a gambling den to find out more about the recent glyph explosions, and it ending in meeting a Daask gnoll who traces glyphs of warding on people. - Helping a rich old lady find her pet mimic, who got loose somewhere in the house. Twice. With her babies.

About me
Hi, my name is Bryan, I’m 25 and I’ve been a game master for over six years and started running professionally for almost five. Ever since I was kid, I loved to write and create games, and discovering TTRPGs has given me the opportunity to do both and more in a collaborative space! The ability to make stories and experience those exciting moments with other amazing players is one of the main reasons I chose this as my job, and my games reflect that. My games are usually designed with group collaboration in mind, giving room for the players to participate in worldbuilding and deciding what kind of story they want to tell. The game could be anywhere from a modern gothic game filled with drama and intrigue to an epic adventure of a group of demigods with high stakes and dynamic combats. The primary game systems I use for this are Dungeons and Dragons and World of Darkness. With my knowledge as a therapeutic game master, I work hard to ensure that my table is a space for everyone with various safety tools in place to navigate any complex or uncomfortable situations during play.

Creating your character
Characters will start at level 3 using a custom stat array of 17/15/13/12/10/8 Any official class or race is available with 3rd party and homebrew as a possibility pending approval. The Dragonmarked Houses can be played as well. Characters will be created together during session zero, where we will also flesh out the city more and the players' connections to Sharn and each other.
The current party consists of a 3rd Party Warlock, Ancients Paladin, Battlesmith Artificer, and a Stars Druid/Cleric.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Players will need a microphone alongside online accounts for discord and roll20! Characters will be made during session zero, but feel free to think about the kind of character you want to play and how they may fit in to Eberron.
What Bryan brings to the table
I utilize roll20 for my games to provide my players ambient music, regional maps, battle maps, handouts on the campaign, and plenty of other interactive elements! I bring an adaptive attitude to the table, eagerly growing anything you throw my way into a part of the story. I like to prep my campaigns with a story in mind and watch how it changes to the players' choices. At my tables, combats tend to be very dynamic with custom mechanics sometimes thrown in for those high-stakes moments to keep the tension and to help combat stay moving.

How Bryan creates a safe table
Lines and veils will be established in session zero, so we can cover any topics we may not want to see in the game. During gameplay, X, N, and O cards will be available digitally within the roll20.
