About the adventure
For lovers of Jane Austen and Bridgerton, this romantic comedy one-shot uses Good Society, the Regency-inspired TTRPG all about love, gossip, and reputation. At the ripe age of four and twenty, you are teetering on the precipice of spinsterhood. To avoid being deemed unmarriable by the ton and spend your life in social exile, you must find someone to marry. Lady Hortensia Honeywell's party is your very last chance! You have just four hours. Can you successfully woo a suitor into proposing before the final swell of the waltz? Or will other desperate debutantes get in your way? Good Society is a highly collaborative, story-first game that leans into beloved historical romance tropes. If you've never played Good Society before, this self-contained one-shot is a great way to learn! "You must leave this party engaged" is written by Sayer Ziegenhorn, Cris del Carmen, and Kimberly Loftus

About me
🇹🇼 🇺🇸 🏳️🌈 Chicky, she/her, bumbling Sagittarius, bad at math but good at stories, probably forgetting an important step in a recipe right now. Tenye wa chesh gut 🚀 GMing is my dream job. I love crafting a quality experience for players to look forward to every session. At my table, you can focus on making meaningful choices in an interesting world that grows with you, and knowing it’ll be one heck of a story! WHAT MY PLAYERS SAY: 💬 "...fantastic with adapting content to the interests of the group!" 💬 "...spotlight management is one of the best among the GMs I've played with." 💬 "...it takes a great GM to make you enjoy a TPK!" In the real world, I work for a wildlife nonprofit. I love watching my partner play video games, browsing indie bookstores, and spoiling my two cats. If you'd like a bespoke game created specifically for your group, message me directly and let's chat!

What ChickyBisky brings to the table
💞 A communicative GM who cares about you, your character, and the story we are telling together. ⭐ Your characters are front and center. This is a uniquely collaborative game, and while previous experience with TTRPGs will be helpful, I will guide you every step of the way. 🏳️🌈 A welcoming, inclusive table. Our game is set in an alternative Regency England where you can show up as you are and love who you want to love. Strict safety tools will be enforced. 🎵 Background music for ambience and tone-setting, but nothing distracting or intrusive.

How ChickyBisky creates a safe table
Table safety is very important to me, especially for a game focused on romance and interpersonal relationships. Before the game even starts, we will communicate as a group via messaging to set expectations and boundaries so we know which topics will not be included at our game. I will require you to complete an RPG consent checklist. The game includes a 15-minute break, and I will also take frequent temperature checks throughout the session to make sure everyone is still having fun.
