About the adventure
Hello! My name is Bee! And I have prepared a great adventure for you! The campaign I will be running here is called My Fantasy Homebound, a modified "Wild Beyond the Witchlight" campaign using Dungeons and Dragons 5e 2024 Rules. I'm definitely inspired by media such as Earthbound, Homestuck, and Undertale, where the main premise is a group of teens/youngsters go on an adventure to save the day (more or less). Familiarity with these three medias (or at least one of them) is highly recommended, though not required. Definitely the vibes we're going for is Friendship and Diplomacy and being good over just murder hobo-ing every obstacle you come across. I want this to be a wholesome story of five friends going on an adventure, that's both fun and wacky, but also with dark and emotional moments. A Classic Coming-Of-Age story! But I will say! Although I want the majority of the vibes to be light and fun and NOT Dark, I think I’ll sprinkle in some moments of dread and darkness and party tension and friction and emotions and DRAMA! And, of course, there will be juuuust enough combat! I’m specifically including SlyFlourish’s Dreadful Incursions to add some spice to this sweet mix, if you will! The premise is you play as a group of five childhood friends from one of the bigger coastal cities. You're pretty much your typical teen/youngster, but one autumn, a Carnival rolls into town. The Witchlight Carnival. You ask permission from your parents to go to the carnival with your four other best friends, and you have an amazing time at the carnival! But when you come home, you realize you've lost something very deeply important to you. That happened three years ago. And now, the Witchlight Carnival is back in town. As slightly older teens, you five come together to investigate what happened to you and your lost things, and what's really going on with this magical carnival. Minor spoiler, but the campaign will primarily take place in the Feywild, which is the land of Fairytales and Bedtime Stories. Your quest will be to find your Lost Things, Defeat the Three Hags who've taken over the Realm in the Feywild, and to find your way back home.

About me
" Hello! My name's Bee Sarmiento! I'm an artist and Dungeon Master! I've been playing D&D since September of 2018, and it's been my hyper-fixation ever since. I'd love to start DM-ing for you. Hope to see you at my table! " Hello! My name is Bee Sarmiento! I'm a Digital Artist, Voice Actor, and Game Developer. I first started my journey as a creative online back in 2013, where I started as a Digital Artist posting my artworks and fanarts online across various sites. In 2017, I decided to use my now current brand BusyBeeSarms as my main handle, and you can now find my most recent artworks on sites like Twitter, Instagram, and Tumblr under that username (though Twitter is my most frequently updated social media). As for Voice Acting, I started my Voice Acting journey in 2023. I can play a Young Adult Female voice, and I have an Excitable yet Sweet tone and personality. Attached is my Demo (but I'll be updating it soon!) I'm also a Video Game Developer. I've self published my first Steam Game called Bardic: Quest for Love, which was released February 14, 2024. Bardic: Quest for Love is a Visual Novel Dating Sim set in the medieval fantasy city of Deepharbor. You play as either Bard Twins, Edmond or Edna, and go around romancing and befriending other heroes in the city. The game also features a Tavern Management system which is a fun additional aspect of the game. At the moment, I can be found working on various projects, such as ukulele covers, workshopping ideas for my next Video Game Project, drafting various art pieces for her merch lineup for the next upcoming convention, or in my room watching anime and playing DnD with my friends.

What to expect
Preparing for the session
Aside from an adequate computer, browser, microphone, and internet connection, our games will be played Via Discord and Roll20, so you'll need accounts for those. Webcams are optional, but encouraged! We'll use Roll20 for sheets and rolling. You can also use physical dice instead if you wish! A good understanding of the rules for Daggerheart is recommended, but not required. Because this is a very roleplay and investigation heavy adventure, I require good teamwork skills, cooperation, and good communication. Our games will be played in English, so you will need to be fluent. I have Pregenerated/Premade Character Sheets ready, but if you'd like to make your own, I'll also need a PNG of your character (ideally their face). I'll be making them into tokens, or you can make and send me the art as tokens yourself. Please do your best to show up 30 minutes early if you can. This is so that if we need to discuss any details before we start, we can do so. Also for the beginning of the campaign, I ask that you give me at least one significant NPC your character interacts with in the city, for roleplay purposes.
What Bee Sarmiento brings to the table
