About the adventure

In the Arctic wastes, silence falls like a shroud. Shadows move where the sun never rises, and outposts vanish in swirls of blood and frost. M-Force is summoned, but the deeper they probe, the colder the secrets become. Beneath ancient ice, an abandoned Soviet lab holds experiments that beg to be forgotten—rooms are haunted by the howls of twisted beasts and the regrets of those who made them. The blizzard is not the only thing hunting the living. Footprints fade into monstrous claws, warnings are carved into steel, and cries echo lost in labyrinthine tunnels. Trust falters as desperation grows. The only escape: a nuclear submarine anchored in darkness, its crew wary of both strangers and secrets. Every step reveals old sins made flesh. Some mysteries should remain frozen, but the ice is breaking. Will you return, or be buried—just another secret swallowed by the night? The hunt begins, and the dark is hungry.

About me

I have been playing and running tabletop RPGs since the earliest days of Dungeons & Dragons, with decades of experience across multiple systems at home tables, online, and conventions like Gamehole Con and Gary Con. My tables prioritize collaborative storytelling, clear rules knowledge, and a relaxed pace that gives every player room to shine. Since the start of the pandemic, I’ve run many hours of online games and am very comfortable with virtual tabletops and voice/video play. I bring the same energy and care to online sessions that I do to in-person games, with a focus on consistency and long-term campaigns. Outside of RPGs, I’m an avid fan of co‑op and PvE video games and love movies of all kinds—especially when they’re on the big screen, where they belong. These interests inform my cinematic approach to encounters, pacing, and scene framing. I have a calm, casual demeanor and it takes a lot to rattle me, which helps keep the table feeling safe and welcoming even when the stakes in-game are high. I’m an ally of the LGBTQ+ community and strive to maintain an inclusive, respectful environment for all players. Also, fair warning: my large orange cat, Leo, is a shameless camera hog and may make guest appearances on stream from time to time.
