About the adventure

The midterms are fast approaching. Your fellow students are panicking. Deep within the walls of Arcanix, something wicked stirs. You’re supposed to be studying for your exams in Intermediate Draconic and Ethics in Enchantment, not dealing with another silly mystery for your local Mystery Club. But when the club president drags you into a mandatory stakeout, coaxing you out of your dormitory with promises of salty, greasy snacks, you’re not expecting to actually stumble onto something big. Something dangerous. Something that could ruin your academic career forever. You can expect: - fast-paced story - exciting combat - real peril and consequences - fun NPCs and a magical university to explore and either save or doom This mini adventure is designed for level 5 players and is going to last 4-6 sessions.

About me

Hello everyone! My name is Robin, I have been a Dungeon Master for over 6 years. In this time I have ran a wide array of games: from one shots to long campaigns, from lighthearted quests to grimdark intrigue, from whimsy and fantastical to down to earth and realistic. No matter the setting or kind of game, my number one priority is making sure that everyone is having fun, enjoying themselves, and getting a fun break from day-to-day life. I'm currently GMing in Pathfinder 2e and DND 5e, and whether you're a veteran player or a complete newbie, I hope to get to roll some dice with you! All my games are LGBT+ friendly.

Character creation

Creating your character

All characters will be made in either DnDBeyond or directly in FoundryVTT. All materials will be provided. My only requirement is for all players to follow standard table etiquette and create characters that can work together and collaborate with one another. For character creation, you can use any and all official WOTC content, as well as 3rd party content available on DnDBeyond. Use 2024 version of classes, subclasses, feats, etc. for the content that's been updated for '24.

What to expect

Preparing for the session

🎤 Have a clear microphone and headphones. 🤝 Have a good attitude and friendly disposition towards fellow players and the GM 🫶 Join my community Discord (making an account is free!) 📋 Familiarize yourself with the game rules in the server. ⛏️ Set up a free Forge VTT account. 💀 You do not need to fill out the Lines and Veils (provided in Discord) ahead of session 0, but you can if you are confident you understand everything on the list. ⚔️ I recommend you have a couple of character ideas ready in time for session 0 so we can discuss the team together.
