About the adventure
This is a campaign game set for all ages and more experienced players. I am ok with beginner players and will guide them thru the game, however this will not be a beginner friendly game. It's a wilderlands style game, which means open world travel and your choice of what to do next. I am using the pathfinder Adventure Path with the DND5th rules (which came from the kickstarter). So there will be an over arching plot from the book. I have several small house rules to add more flavor to the game. They are all taken from ether Wotc or other reputable 5th ed sources. One unique house rule will be perma-death. This means you get only one character. With almost forever death looming, choices are at a much higher stake. This is meant to be a challenging game. A hardcore game is meant to push you into greatness and give wonderful memories. I do hope you enjoy.

About me
Hi I am Daniel a Retired Army 19D1P. I have been running TTRPGs since I was in high school for about 25 years. On 2 different deployments I have run RPGs. I have also run games for the wounded warrior project. I have run games and had several game groups, both online and in person. My groups have been soldiers and civilians as a group, or mixed.

Creating your character
Creation of your person will happen before we start the game. We will do this together on roll20 and I will also talk about some of the rule modifications and answer any other questions. The normal point buy is the only acceptable method for stats. Only using the 6 core books from 2014 (Player's Handbook, Dungeon Master's Guide, Monster Manual, Xanathar's Guide to Everything, Tasha's Cauldron of Everything, Mordenkainen Presents: Monsters of the Multiverse). All players start at level 1.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
All you need is Roll20 for the game. You will also need some way of receiving information so I can send you the rolll20 link. That can be by Discord, phone, email, or facebook.
What Daniel brings to the table
As far as voices are concerned I might change my inflection a bit. I will mostly be describing how the NPCs will sound. I don't have any plans on adding music, but if you want music I'm more than willing to add it. Rules as Written for the most part. However that should not staunch creativity as that will be highly rewarded. You should expect an over world map that you will be adding to. A generic combat zone to assist with theater of the mind combat, as well as many hidden additions to keep you on your toes.
Homebrew rules
I will go over the variant rules that are used. My added homebrew will be using some 3rd party material that the players can interact with as they uncover new events. As it is a pleasant surprise, I think it would ruin the reveal. I would change how the game is played but will be new options for the player to use.

How Daniel creates a safe table
During character creation I would like to know what you don't want in the game and also what may put you off. At the end of each session I might ask what you liked and didn't like, to include what else you may want from the game.
