About the adventure
This is a Call of Cthulhu 7th Edition game focused on mystery, atmosphere, and creeping dread, rather than combat or heroic power fantasies. The setting is intentionally flexible, grounded in a recognizable, human world where something is wrong, and the truth is far more unsettling than anyone expects. You don’t need deep system knowledge; curiosity, roleplay, and a willingness to lean into tension matter far more. Expect investigations that begin mundanely and slowly peel back layers of cosmic horror, moral uncertainty, and human frailty. Clues are earned through conversation, research, and careful observation. Violence is dangerous, often avoidable, and never the easy solution. Characters are ordinary people facing extraordinary truths, and survival is not guaranteed, physically or psychologically. My style emphasizes immersion, character-driven decisions, and consequence. The horror is rarely loud; it builds through implication, silence, and the realization that some questions should never have been asked. Player agency is central, and the story adapts to your choices rather than forcing you down a single path. This game is for players who enjoy slow-burn horror, investigative roleplay, and unsettling themes, and who are comfortable exploring fear, uncertainty, and loss of control in a collaborative and respectful space. If you like eerie vibes, thoughtful pacing, and stories that linger long after the session ends, you’ll feel at home here.
