About the adventure
We're doing a fantacy Adventure with some mystery mixed in. A fun vibe with enough seriousness to get emotionally attached, but not so serious that there's no room for shenanigans. A world of standard magic and fantasy. Standard dnd 5e sources and rules, we'll start at level 1 and level up by milestone. The Setting: This world used to be a peaceful utopia, but then the cataclysm destroyed half the planet, releasing magical beasts and powers into the world, and disrupting the delicate balance. Now, regions and factions fight for control and resources while everyone has to deal with the issues caused by the new creatures and entities released from the fracturing of the planet.

Have a character backstory and D&D beyond account ready. As you are making your characters: I really want to know your characters' Ideals, Bonds, Goals, and Flaws, these 4 things are much more important to me than alignment. One other thing I want to know is how the Cataclysm affected your character. (the more backstory you give me, the more your character will be integrated into the story and setting! so go as crazy as you want)
