About the adventure

Chicago is at war- the Camarilla struggle to maintain order, the Anarchs fight for freedom, and Hunters lay in wait eager to take advantage of the chaos. Pick a side, or make an entirely new one- can your makeshift coterie gain the power to tip the scales? In this tale, the story is driven as much by your characters as it is by the ongoing war. Work with me to create plot hooks tailored to your characters and their backstories, and enter the Windy city to write your kindred's story. As many VTM games are, this is roleplay heavy- but rest assured you'll have plenty of opportunities to show off your abilities. You have cool powers for a reason, right? As a story teller, I put a lot of care into making my NPCs feel unique and "alive", even having made art for a fair few of them. I want yo to feel as though your in a living, breathing city with a diverse array of people to meet and places to explore. I hope to see you in the Windy City!

About me

Hello! I'm a full-time artist who's been playing ttrpgs for seven years now, and WoD specifically for three. I put a lot of passion into my games, so expect to see art and carefully crafted stories that are character driven as well as fleshed-out npcs. Most of my games are pretty roleplay centric, but I make sure to include opportunities (combat or otherwise) to show off player's abilities. You don't have cool powers for nothing, right? That said, my story lines tend to delve into the darker aspects of the world, so be sure to set up lines/veils with me so I can make the game as comfortable and fun as possible. Thanks for reading, hope to see ya in game :)

Character creation

Creating your character

My games are always fairly character driven, so working with you to not only create a character you love but build possible plot points tailored to them. Mechanically, I provide instructions in my Discord Server, but I'm also glad to walk you through character creations during our session zero! To make the sheets we use Roll20.

What to expect

Preparing for the session

My games take place over Discord in my server, and Roll20 is where both character sheets rolls are made. You don't need a ton of experience with the site, it's really just used for rolls.

What CASK Draws brings to the table

Core books, simplified instructions on character creation (which can also be gone over in our session zero) and art drawn by myself. Character building and design is also a big thing for me, so expect unique NPCs each with their own lore, voices, and personalities. Ambience building is also key to any good story, so I like to play music and be pretty descriptive when opening scenes.

Homebrew rules

None across game at the moment, but I'm generally pretty flexible.

How CASK Draws creates a safe table

Lines and Veils are how I like to start, but I also like to check in both during our session zero and during post-session discussions.
