About the adventure
Welcome to The Lost Citadel of the Scarlet Minotaur! This game is for players of all levels, beginners included, who want to try out a Shadowdark campaign! This game will be dark, exploratory, and grim, as you attempt to uncover all of the secrets that these ruins have to offer and maybe even kill the titular Minotaur. This campaign takes players from levels 1-3, and uses information in the Shadowdark Player's Quickstart Guide, which can be found online or provided if necessary.

About me
Hi! I’m Kylar, a story-focused DM who loves TTRPGs! My tables balance tactical combat, meaningful roleplay, and cooperative storytelling. I like to try to blend Rule of Cool with a solid Rules as Written structure. My top priority is simple: everyone has fun, feels included, and gets a chance to shine. I run adventures in my own expanding homebrew world, influenced by Earthsea, Legend of Drizzt, Critical Role, and Worlds Beyond Number. Creating your character
Characters will be made prior to the first session on your own, but I will be available for every part of the process to answer any questions, or you can use a pregenerated character that I provide. Stats will be decided by rolling 3d6 down the line, and we will be using classes and rules from the Quickstart Player's Guide (I can direct you to it if needed). If anyone owns other content, we can use that as well.

What Kylar brings to the table
I am newer to Shadowdark, but am confident in my knowledge of the rules, so we will be plaing as closely to the rules as we can. I'm striving for dark, tense situations, and I always try to have ambient music to set the mood for any and every situation.
