And a rise in hunters test to shake it to its core. ⭐ This is a historical roleplay, that's set in between 1890 - 1917 in the Progressive Era in Massachusetts in the USA. It's a "what if" scenario if people had the ability to have quirks and powers. Will there be a war between the magical and non-magical? or will they be able to coexist in harmony? Who in the end will vanish into obscurity and cease to exist? 👁️ There's countless mysteries to uncover, and endless doors to open. ――――✦Campaign Features: A simple d20 dice rolling system with no need to worry about stats. You don't need to know anything about this time period to participate! Everything you need is directly in the server! A societal rift, cottage living, secret organizations, player-ran community, and so much more! A completely optional ranking up system for those who enjoy growing stronger over time! Combat is completely optional, however it is there for those who do enjoy combat RP. Slice-Of-Life RP is supported in this community as well! Neat and organized Discord server layout this campaign will be in to prevent anxiety. I want everyone to have an opportunity to make their own stories and feel inspired to create while in this campaign! Post Frequency & Commitment I have an On Hiatus role you're able to set yourself to if you feel life will be too busy to participate in this campaign, but you're still interested in and wanting to continue when your schedule frees up to be able to commit more. For individuals not set to the On Hiatus role, I would like players in this game should try to post daily. I expect the entire adventure to take about 2 or more years to complete if we can keep to this schedule. Expect some amount of slow-down during major holidays. Who can Apply? You need to be 18+ to be able to participate in this campaign because of the nature of the campaign with its use of violence and drug use due to the time period it's set in. If you're above the age of 18, you're welcome to apply if you can keep up with the post schedule and are in it for the long haul. A positive experience for all players is my number one priority, and I will strive to be sensitive to the needs of players from marginalized groups.

Creating your character
Character creation involves character sheets you need to fill out through Google Docs, there's a whole character creation channel that walks you through what you need to do in order. You have a choice between playing as someone afflicted with Lutines, or someone who does not. Your character sheet must be put in your private player channel to be able to be granted access to the actual roleplay channels. Because upon joining the server you will have no access to the roleplay, and only to the nessicary channels needed to create your first character to prevent any overwhelm. There's lore, and more that should be read before you dig into your character sheet. Every player gets their own private channel to work with me individually on their sheet and ask private questions for their character for those who need additional help when it comes to character creation and design. If you have any problems, questions, or concerns feel free to reach out to me I'm very open and understanding while also willing to help out in any way I can!

Homebrew rules
For this if you play as a character with Lutines which is a condition I made up, you are only allowed to have one magical ability which will need to be individually crafted to have both pros and massive cons upon use of said magic. I also have Hunters which are an option that can be played and they have their own individual system that's uniquely their own.

For every player, I have a set of rules upon entering the Discord server that needs to be read through and greed upon. After introducing yourself I will then create your private player channel for you, so we can discuss your safety while participating in this text-based campaign. ⭐ Understand after making it into the server you'll only have access to the character creation channels and will not be able to read the roleplay until after character creation is complete to prevent overwhelm of too many channels at the start. After character creation is complete, I'll go over everything and any possible triggers to ensure everyone is equally up to speed on respecting the boundaries and comfort of the party and an overview of what will be in the session. You have a character introduction channel where you will post a brief set of information you're comfortable with players knowing about your character so they can easily be mingled in with the campaign, and what you are and aren't comfortable with roleplaying in the character introduction channel. while the campaign is ongoing 24/7 because it's over text- I'll touch base to see how you're doing to make sure the situation in this campaign didn't cause any lingering thoughts or unintentional harm. I have an open-door policy where if ever you don't feel to continue this campaign you are more than welcome to leave- no questions asked.
