About the adventure

Setting Summary: The Wastes of Georgia Two centuries after the bombs fell, 2289, Georgia has become a land of broken cities, overgrown wilderness, and a fledgling nation of corporations banded together, born from the ashes. Factions: The Dixie Trade Authority (DTA) — Rebuilding civilization with trade, laws, and uneasy alliances between 3 major wasteland caravan companies. The Dreamers — Followers of pre-war civil rights ideals, seeking a better, freer world. The New Confederacy — A militant, regressive force clinging to a distorted vision of the past. The Ramblers — Engineers and scavengers who see technology as the path to survival. The Duat — An militant faction of "Meta-Ghouls" led by the mysterious Lord Osiris, from New Egypt out west, seeking to transcend ghoulification and reshape humanity itself through ancient rituals and scientific sorcery. The Brotherhood of Steel (East Coast Chapter) — Under the leadership of Elder Arthur Maxson, the East Coast Brotherhood wages an escalating war against Dixieland to secure technology and enforce its vision of order. The TrapStars Raider Gang — Ruthless raiders from Macon’s prison and ruins, known for toxic chems, colorful tags, and an obsession with fame, fortune, and terrorizing the Wastes. The Pass-a-Cannies — A bizarre cult based out of the ruins of Pasaquan, clad in tinfoil and dedicated to "the Electro-Mag," with a few among them demonstrating eerie psychic gifts.

About me

Hi, I'm Cloudheart! I'm a storyteller, worldbuilder, and Game Master who has a past in Video Game Design and Programming. We currently livestream three ongoing campaigns weekly on Twitch.TV/CloudheartTV: - Pathfinder 2e Kingmaker: Misfits — a chaotic kingdom-building journey through the wild Stolen Lands. - TABRA: The Tale of the Meta-Gamers - an equal parts comedy and drama filled isekai journey in a JRPG-fare land beset by the Demon King. - Elder Scrolls: Gaol - a gritty take on the world and lore of The Elder Scrolls series following a group of prisoners forcibly converted into Penal Soldiers for the Empire of Cyrodiil. I focus on weaving player choices deeply into the narrative, making sure your characters genuinely impact the world around them, and the world impacts *you*. Our games explore mature themes — including survival, politics, and personal struggle — always handled with respect for the players and the story. If you’re looking for a table where storytelling, worldbuilding, and player agency take center stage, I’d love to have you join the journey!

Character creation

Creating your character

Before the first session I will go over the current level of the party and bring the player up to speed with the the other party member's current level. We'll go over via Discord and FoundryVTT character creation in the FoundryVTT server digitally. I have resources available to share on on our discord for character creation rules/perks.

What to expect

Preparing for the session

No webcam needed. Our players prefer to remain physically anonymous. Mic needed. Decent quality, we stream our games on Twitch. General familiarity with rules is appreciated, but in the moment I'll explain any rules that come up. Client Requirements for FoundryVTT in Browser: - Relatively Modern Computer running: Windows 10/11, macOS Big Sur (or newer), or Linux OS with 64-bit support - A dedicated GPU which supports WebGL 2.0 - 16GB of Ram - A monitor with 1920x1080 or higher resolution - A mouse and keyboard. - Chrome or Chromium based browser.

What Cloudheart brings to the table

FoundryVTT, custom maps/tokens, all Fallout: The Roleplaying Game content and homebrew content. I do character voices and use ambient/combat music (royalty-free or CC0). We embrace rule of cool for singular moments and cool player ideas, otherwise rules as written. In addition, I will go over consent for streaming our game live on Twitch, what the player's expectations and requests regarding this are.

Homebrew rules

LUCK POINTS: - Luck points refresh at the beginning of every session and at each long rest. - A single luck point can be used when a hit lands, but the damage roll rolls for 0. You re-roll your weapons damage on the ricochet'd enemy, who must be in close range (7 squares) from the initial target. LEVELING UP: - In order to balance the pacing of level ups, EXP will reset to 0 on each level up, and you'll have to build up to the next XP target again. POWER ARMOR: - In order to use power armor, you'll need the power armor training perk, which is a perk gained separate from leveling from a close enough affinity with power armor experienced factions. AP POOLS: - Players have both a personal pool with a max of 6AP, and a party pool that's shared that has a max of 6AP
