About the adventure
This AP takes place in the ancient kingdom of Taldor. The party will be working as supporters of a claimant to the throne during a time of potential civil unrest. The AP is on the RP heavier side of things as far as Pathfinder APs go. Lots of fights can and should be avoided via RP. Given this is Pathfinder we are talking about there will obviously still be plenty of combat. This AP is converted from 1e and will run 1-20 instead of the original 1-18. As far as Pathfinder APs go it is going to be rather RP heavy though there will obviously still be plenty of combat.

About me
Hi, I'm Braden (He/Him) and I have been playing TTRPGs ever since I started playing 4th Edition D&D in middle school and I have continued playing various systems well into my adult life. From there I have played/run D&D 5e, Pathfinder 2e, Various Forged In The Dark Games, and Various Powered by The Apocalypse type games. I enjoy seeing players come up with out of the box uses for their powers and generally try to have villains who use their powers in unorthodox ways as well.

Creating your character
Characters will be created at session 0. Bringing a prepared character is fine but party synergies should always be taken into account. Some options that skew the games balance too heavily or do not mesh well tonally with the game will be restricted. A full list of what options are restricted can be provided upon request or upon joining.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
All players require a microphone to participate in sessions. Rules research is not required but encouraged (you will need to know enough to be capable of creating a character). I make myself available to discuss rules and assist with learning. Lastly, Discord will be utilized as vehicle of communication.
What Braden brings to the table
Foundry VTT, Custom Maps, all needed rulebooks.
Homebrew rules
The game is run mostly RAW. The biggest impact is the presence of a ban list that is there for game breaking things like wall of stone or quandary. A few other things are changed like allowing background lores to progress as though gained from the Additional Lore feat or granting Ward Medic and Continual Recovery to people upon hitting Expert in Medicine for free to avoid having one player have to pay an expected feat tax. 3rd party content is allowed though I do keep a keen eye out for things that I feel would be too strong or violating the niche protection of existing options. A full list of these changes is provided upon request or upon joining.
