About the adventure
This game is intended for low to mid-level characters and is open to newcomers as well as experienced players. The tone is intentionally serious, haunting and atmospheric, yet not devoid of well-timed humor. Expect mature themes, tense roleplay, and a land where wit and restraint matter far more than bravado. This is gothic horror for players seeking immersion, consequence, and narrative weight, not cartoon chaos. Session 0 will be free.

About me
I started playing DnD when I was in the military. After reading through the DMG i wanted to run my own game and asked my friends if I could run a 1 shot while our GM was out of town. everyone was in for it and when my one shot was over everyone had had so much fun they asked me to keep running games for them. Since then I have become the forever GM for many different groups and played both homebrew and premade modules, and I would love to help spread this passion of mine.

Creating your character
We will be starting at level 1 so this will be fairly easy to get started. If you would like to make a character before we begin, you may do so but we can also create them together during session 0. We will be using Roll20 for character sheets and rolls and Discord for audio and a place to chat between games.

How Thalgrim creates a safe table
Me will be using the Deck of Player Safty on session 0 to let you tell me and everyone else what your lines are annonomusly. We will be using lines and veils. For the bards out there we can tasfully faid to black. I like to use the Stoplight system for checkins. dont like whats going on? just say "GM RED" and we can stop the scene and move on. I will occasionly check in and if things are going ok you can say "green". If there are other safety systems you like please bring them up on session 0 and we can explore them.
