About the adventure

So, you've just watched Cyberpunk: Edgerunners on Netflix or you just finished playing CD Projekt Red's masterpiece Cyberpunk 2077 and now you just need *more* I got you, choom! Set in the year between the Edgerunners anime and the 2077 game, the Edgerunner's Mission Kit created by R. Talsorian Games using the Cyberpunk RED system, this adventure will give you the chance to immerse yourself into Night City. You all start as a crew working for a former merc named Falco, searching for a certain jacket that he values very much... The missions take the crew all over Night City, visiting many important locations from the game and the show, even meeting some of the same characters that show up in various pieces of media! And that's all I'm giving ya! If you wanna know more, choom, then I guess you'll have to join and find out!

About me

I'm someone who's always been into creative and roleplaying games in someway or another for as long as I can remember. I started in play by post and played that for more than 20 years before I even started exploring dice-driven table-top RPGs. I feel in love immediately and as soon as I got a grasp on a system I tried to run it myself. I started by running a custom campaign of Star Wars by Fantasy Flight. Since then I've run games of DnD 5e, the Alien Cinematic Scenarios, Cyberpunk RED, Star Trek Adventures, and Marvel's Multiverse. I'm currently learning SIFRP and the One Ring system. Part of the reason that I love DMing is that I'm obsessed with story telling and involving others in the story. At some point I'd like to create games like these or perhaps even become a writer myself. Things are up in the air right now; all I know is that I want to do more, DM more, and tell more stories.

Character creation

Creating your character

The Edgerunner's Mission Kit Provides several premade characters that includes artwork from Studio Trigger, the artists behind the anime. If none of them appeal, we can create characters during session zero!

What to expect

Preparing for the session

I highly recommend watching Cyberpunk Edgerunners on Netflix beforehand but it's not necessary to enjoy the adventure. Having played Cyberpunk 2077 is, as above, not necessary but I feel it will provide a lot context. Familiarity with the Cyberpunk genre is always a boon, but don't let that keep you from joining! I welcome everyone!

What Locke brings to the table

I will provide a fun, inclusive experience for the players. I am very well versed in this world and it is my goal to create new Cyberpunk fans every day. I will provide a discord server and a game on roll 20.

Safety

How Locke creates a safe table

During session zero we will discuss what lines and veils we have. I will ask that everyone keep in mind that Cyberpunk is a dark, dystopian future. There is a lot of violence and corruption in this world that sometimes hits close to home. After each session we will dedicate time to unwinding and talking about the game as a whole.
