Sigil itself is a cosmopolitan city where philosophy governs reality and the power of belief can manifest into reality. A place where thought and belief can manipulate the very fabric of reality. 💬 A lot of barmy things happen in the Cage. That’s just the nature of a place that’s connected to everywhere and serves as a waystation for Planewalkers from every corner of the multiverse. Still, a cutter knows that he can count on a certain amount of stability, even in a place like Sigil.
