About the adventure
"You are about to embark upon a journey into the unknown, where uncanny folk with strange superstitions revere the Old Ways, and creatures of folklore lurk on the isolated fringes of civilization." This Crooked Moon is Folk Horror inspired campaign that takes players through Wickermoor Hollow in the terrifying world of Druskenvald. In Wickermoor Hollow the plans of a powerful fey called the Crooked Queen are beginning to form, and the players find themselves directly in the middle of it. Board the Ghostlight Express, face those who came before you, and save Wickermoor Hollow.

About me
Hello! My name is Loren (She/They/He) and I run player first campaigns! I always try to weave player backstories and play styles into the narrative of the campaigns I run. D&D has become a huge part of my life, all of my closest friends I've either met through D&D or grown closer to while playing D&D. I've even met a partner through D&D. I've run about five campaigns for different groups, and hand full of oneshots. All along the way I've taught many people how to play and get into character.

Creating your character
Character creation will take place during session 0 (which will be free). Stats can either be decided with standard array or rolled. Player characters will start at level 1 but will level up to 3 fairly fast so player options up to that point should be decided before. Any officially published dnd content is available for use. Additionally I can provide players with third party books that can also be looked at for character creation (Mainly the books "The Crooked Moon", "Grimhollow: Transformed", "Erevan's Guide to Death & Beyond", "Steinhardt's Guide to the Eldritch Hunt", and "ZAMANORA: Ballad of the Witch")
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Player's will need a Discord account and a functioning Microphone. Additionally players can make an account for Owlbear Rodeo though it is not required.
What Loren brings to the table
I often will put on character voices, additionally I use both ambient music and general ambience (Always with the option for players to mute it). Most encounters I try to have a visual map with tokens so players can better visualize a scene. Additionally art may provided of each player's characters for tokens or general reference. Lastly I tend to stick to Rules as Written but if asked I will bend in the direction of Rule of Cool
Homebrew rules
Players may drink potions as a bonus action.
