About the adventure

Belkzen has spent centuries seen as a scar on the map, a place spoken of with fear and contempt. Orcs have survived through hardship, conflict, and relentless prejudice, holding their ground in the harsh northern wastes. Yet recent battles have revealed a truth the world can no longer ignore. The orcs have a common enemy, and they have fought it with courage that deserves recognition. A new chapter begins as Ardax the White Hair calls for allies to unite with Belkzen rather than fear it. Most nations turn away. A few answer. Those few are you. In this campaign you step into the role of diplomatic envoys, champions, and representatives who travel to Belkzen with a single purpose: help carve a future where orcs are seen as a people worthy of respect rather than destruction. Your journey begins with hope, ceremony, and the promise of change. What follows is a trial by fire that will test every ideal you bring to the table. Supernatural storms, treacherous factions, ancient grudges, and an undead threat with a long and bitter history rise to challenge Belkzen’s survival. The land itself becomes a crucible, and only those willing to stand firm can shape what comes next. Ideal for players who enjoy: • High stakes diplomacy that evolves into gripping conflict • A rich cultural storyline centered on orc identity and history • Mythic scale threats and desperate battles for survival • Campaigns where your choices influence the future of a nation Triumph of the Tusk is a tale of unity, resilience, and the fight for a homeland that has been denied for far too long. If you want an adventure where courage matters, where alliances are earned, and where every victory changes the fate of a people, then gather your banner and answer Ardax’s call. Belkzen is ready to rise. Are you?

About me

There is a rhythm to a good game, the kind that settles over the table without effort. You can hear it in the dice, in the pauses between decisions, in the way people slip into character without even realizing it. It is something you hold, shape, and trust. That is where stories live, and I sit behind the screen to guide them. Hi, I am Davide. I have been running games for more than two decades, and I love building stories that invite presence, sessions that resonate, and experiences that linger long after the final roll in the form of friendships, memories, and moments that stay with us. My love for storytelling began with my father’s voice. He had a way of narrating tales that filled a room with magic. Every pause, every glance, every word carried meaning. That feeling never left me, and it is what I have been chasing ever since, to recreate that sense of wonder at the table. As a parent raising a child with autism and ADHD, or as I like to say, with a vibrant and unique view of the world, I have learned to listen with more than just ears. Patience, empathy, and presence have become part of who I am. They have also taught me how much people sometimes need a pause, a breath, a moment away from everything pressing in. That is what running a game means to me: offering a space to land, to catch a breath, and to let imagination and joy flourish. A space where time slows down just enough for our inner child to step forward and play again. I manage my tables with a balance of structure, rhythm, and fairness, giving the story room to breathe and the world space to respond. Every choice matters, every silence has weight, and every spark of connection has the chance to grow. This is what I bring to the table. I am the GM who brings people together through story. Connection, immersion, and commitment are at the heart of everything I run. When you sit at my table, you are not only stepping into a world of adventure, you are stepping into a place where stories turn into memories and players turn into companions. If this sounds like the story you have been wanting to step into, then come. Your seat is waiting, and our journey is about to begin.

Character creation

Creating your character

Character creation takes place in Session 0. We will review the campaign’s themes, safety tools, and party dynamics before building characters together. This is the time to ask questions, shape concepts, and make sure the group fits well before the fog rolls in. You are welcome to arrive with a full build, a rough idea, or nothing at all. I will guide you step by step if you are new.. šŸ“š Resources Archive of Nethys – complete PF2e rules reference: https://2e.aonprd.com/ Triumph Of The Tusk Player’s Guide (free PDF): https://downloads.paizo.com/TriumphOfTheTusk_PlayersGuide.pdf Helps you create thematic characters tied to the AP For newer players, the Beginner Box: Hero’s Handbook will also be provided to help familiarize yourself with the core rules of Pathfinder 2e. Additionally, the Pathfinder 2e: Guide to the Guides resources are available to assist with builds and character creation approaches. šŸ› ļø Tools Pathbuilder 2e (for creation and management): https://pathbuilder2e.com/app.html?v=96c Keeps the process smooth and ensures all rules are tracked correctly.

What to expect

Preparing for the session

Before we begin, please make sure you’re set up with the following: A free Sqyre account – the game is hosted on Foundry via Forge A Discord account – used for voice chat and session coordination A working microphone and either a reasonably quiet environment or the ability to use push-to-talk A stable internet connection – Foundry requires consistent bandwidth to function properly A computer capable of running Foundry VTT in a browser (Chrome or Firefox recommended) Access to Pathbuilder 2e – we’ll use this for character creation and progression

What Firehouse Games brings to the table

As a GM, I focus on delivering a polished, immersive experience using high-quality assets and tools. When you join this game, here’s what you can expect: šŸŽžļø Premium Foundry VTT modules šŸŽµ Ambient music, soundscapes, and triggered sound effects šŸ”„ Combat animations, spell effects, and dynamic lighting šŸ—ŗļø High-resolution maps with fog of war, lighting, and elevation šŸ› ļø Fully hosted on Forge VTT, accessible 24/7 For a system like Pathfinder 2e, I prefer to stick closely to the rules. The mechanics are masterfully designed, and I believe they create exciting, fair, and rewarding gameplay when used as written. If you enjoy a system that respects your tactical choices and offers depth at every level, you’ll feel right at home here.

Safety

How Firehouse Games creates a safe table

I use a simple and effective safety setup built around three tools: Session 0, Breaks, and Debriefing. Session 0 We begin with a short discussion of expectations, boundaries, tone, and character concepts. Players are always welcome to bring up specific sensitivities or comfort limits privately or during the session. This is also the moment where we align on teamwork, spotlight sharing, and any themes you prefer to avoid. Breaks Players can call for a break at any time. You can say it in chat or voice, and I will pause the scene immediately. Comfort always takes priority over pacing. Debriefing At the end of each session we take a moment to check in. This includes how the session felt, anything that needs adjustment, and any emotions that need to be released after intense moments. You can also message me privately if you prefer one-on-one debriefing. My goal is to make sure every player feels supported, respected, and comfortable throughout the entire campaign. If you ever need something adjusted during play, I am always approachable.
