About the adventure
You and your adventures crew is called for a job in a small village. The mission is really dangerous: an ogre is killing the village's animals. You have to kill it before it's kills all the animals and start eating the poor people! You may want to meet with the village's Priest, he can give you a map for the Woods, maybe it's good Idea to talk with the people too, but that is on you. Are you ready to be a hero for the first time? Note: This one-shot is crafted to be a welcome to D&D for any new or experienced player and if you enjoyed and fell in love with your character, it could be the start for a campaign!

About me
I'm Facundo, I'm 21 years old, I'm from Argentina and I've been playing D&D for a year and a half. I love acting and making stories, I had been part of some theater shows and I tried to write novels a lot of times. By the end, D&D arrived to my life to be a safe place where I merged both things and just cover it up with my love for videogames and tabletops games 👻 I made two campaings (ten sessions long both), four one-shots and I'm running a private campaing with my friends with a new homebrew class I curated by myself "The Wrestler" (yes we are making a campaing about WWE). Some things I love💛✨ -Basketball -Lord of the Rings -Stephen King -CM Punk✖️ -Hip Hop and Punk Rock music -Coming of age movies -Junji Ito I hate😡 -Boston Celtics

What to expect
Preparing for the session
You need to make an account in Fantasy Grounds and download Fantasy Grounds VTT (when the installer ask for a key, you just press on continue). You will need a Discord account and join my server too.
What Facundo brings to the table
I try character voices, sometimes I start repeting but I try my best to give every NPC a good and unique personality! I don't like ambient music, I'm trying to implement sounds but music it's only for combats or bosses. I like a difficult combat with a bit of roleplaying, I'm not tactic and don't put so much attention on covers and stuff like that, but if you do, you will get inspiration! I love to drop lore and put your backstories in play, so try something maybe just one line backstory but with a little bit of flavour. Usually I put a lot of custom lore, so be caution and put attention to NPCs. Love when players try crazy plans or very cool attacks.
Homebrew rules
-Inspiration can be Stacked (no more than 3) -Drinking a potion of healing as a bonus action requieres to roll dices normally, but if you use your action to drink it, you can have the maximum healing possible.

How Facundo creates a safe table
I will send you to complete the Game Expectation Sheet form DMG 2024 to get to know about your triggers, phobias and expectations at the time of playing. Because this is a One-Shot, we are going to take a little bit of time before starting the game to get to know each other and select the characters for every player. At the end the game I invite you to talk a few minutes about the things you enjoyed and the ones you don't, I'm open to the critics! We're here to play and be happy!
