About the adventure
Your lightkeeper has summoned you for a new investigation. The people within one district have been reporting their neighbors acting strange, unusual hallucinations, and strange claims of "body doubles." But strangely enough, as far as you've heard, things are better than ever. Morale is high. Crime is at an all time low. People are claiming they have new found purpose and clarity. Can the madness and joy really be just a coincidence? Your circle will investigate and trace the source of these events. Dive into a wide conspiracy that goes deeper than you realize. Some things were perhaps never meant to be seen.

About me
I've been GMing for about 6 years now and love every second of it. I greatly enjoy crafting little sandboxes for others and just letting them run wild and seeing what antics they come up with. I rely heavily on collaborative world building with the use of "yes and". I've run fantasy settings with Dungeons and Dragons, Cyberpunk settings with Shadowrun and old timey horror settings with Candela Obscura and Call of Cthulu.

Creating your character
We will create fresh characters as per Candela Obscura Rules. Ideally we will create characters together during session 0 so we can coordinate relationships between characters but it's not necessary.

What Alan Diaz brings to the table
I am by no means a voice actor, but I try to use different tones and accents for different characters, I tend to re use voices but only if those characters are never going to be in the same room. I rely heavily on rule of cool. I care more about a deep and meaningful story than to stick to RAW.

How Alan Diaz creates a safe table
As this is a horror system, safety tools are incredibly important and a high priority for me. I want your characters to feel unease and uncomfortable, I want YOU to have a great time and want to come back the for the next session. I rely very heavily on lines and veils as well as content warnings. I will ask every player to fill out a check list before or during session 0. I will ask that you fill it out even if you're "ok with whatever." I do this to help with anonymity since everyone will fill one out. If I need to tell a player to not include something because it's someone's line. It'll be more difficult to figure out who had that as a line and respect privacy.
