About the adventure
Something strange is happening to your hometown of Willowshore! Nestled on the banks of a river winding through the legendary Specterwood in Tian Xia’s haunted land of Shenmen, the people of Willowshore are no strangers to supernatural threat, but the danger that comes to town on the first day of summer is unlike anything you’ve ever seen before. Over the four seasons to come, you and your fellow home-grown heroes must face evil spirits, sinister fiends, and frightening curses, lest the town of Willowshore succumb to the Season of Ghosts! Welcome Folks! This will be my third time running SoG. Season of Ghosts is a level 1-12 Adventure Path that sees players defending their home town of Willowshore from a series of deadly curses. This game will continue on after the original AP's conclusion and take PCs all the way to level 20 in homebrew adventures of my own design. For Lovers of Roleplay Season of Ghosts is a story-focused adventure path that puts heavy emphasis on solving the supernatural mysteries that plague Willowshore. While their are fights and dungeons aplenty in SoG, significant portions of the game will focus on research, downtime, and interactions between characters. It's encouraged that you highly enjoy the RP-side of the game, as it will take several stage in many sessions. Duration I'm predicting the campaign will take between 35 to 45 sessions to complete. Players must be able to commit to the game on a weekly basis for the duration of the campaign. Setting SoG takes place in Willowshore, a small town located in the Forest of Spirits of Shenmen. Character Creation All official rulebook material is allowed. Players will begin the adventure at level 1. Subsystems & Variant Rules Free Archetype: We will be using the Free Archetype Variant Rule. Ancestry Paragon: We will be using the Ancestry Paragon Variant Rule Mythic: We will be using the Mythic rules. Players will receive their mythic calling during session 1 of the adventure. Experience Required Players must be able to build a 1st level character and have a basic understanding of the PF2E ruleset.

Preparing for the session
A Note About Foundry I use Foundry VTT to host all of my games, specifically the browser-service Forge. Both services are completely free to create accounts for and do not require any purchases on the players' behalf. If you are not familiar with how to use Foundry VTT as a player, I am more than happy to teach everyone the basics. --- To play in this campaign, you must: *Have a Foundry/TheForge Account for online play (browser-hosted). *Have a functioning Discord Account *Be comfortable using Discord Voice *Have a stable internet connection *Have a basic understanding of the PF2E Ruleset *Have a basic understanding of (or be willing to learn) Foundry VTT. *Be able to commit to the adventure on a weekly basis.

*I host a private discord server that only includes myself and the players from my campaigns. *I use TheForge platform of Foundry VTT to host my campaigns via internet browser. *On Foundry VTT I use Maps, Music, and other features. *I will be using the official Paizo Foundry VTT Module for this adventure.
