About the adventure
On an island not too far from the coastline of Boston, an ancient and terrible secret is about to come to light although the very nature of which is nothing any could be prepared for. A single name can be found in books concerning Barnaclewharf: the sleeping god and yet is it claimed to be nothing more than a myth by the people of the island. The Pinkerton Detective Agency has a long established department responsible for the elimination of cults all over the world and now for a wide range of reasons have brought you to Boston to aid in uncovering a mystery located on the island of Windrock and so you stand outside a diner in the heart of Boston but something feels off but you enter anyway. This is a Cthulhu by Gaslight adventure that is full of twists and turns, lovingly crafted from scratch and playtested this first entry of the Hatman Books in the realm of Cthulhu is a unique experience in the horror mystery genre.

Creating your character
Players will create a character using standard character creation with a backstory that includes how they have become involved with the Pinkerton Detective Agency, pre generated characters are also available. Warning this campaign does not allow AI art of any kind however if players wish to have art for their character they may use any human based source or can be provided one if need be.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Players should have a working microphone, Discord, Roll20 and a schedule that allows them to commit to more than one or two sessions to ensure that both player and GM's time is not wasted.
