About the adventure
Become a Hero in the Forgotten Realms. Brave the frontiers of Faerun Make a name for yourselves in the frostbitten lands of Icewind Dale! And reach beyond the ice. Great beginner campaign, starting at level 1. (but also leveling up to level 3 when you feel ready so that the game blossoms within a few sessions!) A levels 1-7 campaign Everyone is equally welcome! Rules will be covered as completely as required and there I am always happy to answer questions! This game includes the new Heroes of Faerun subclasses. About me
I've been GM:ing for the last 15 years, on average more than one session a week and I am part of a theater troupe and act in two different plays a year. With this comes experience with giving the spotlight to all kinds of players and actors: new, shy, comedians, min-maxers, young, old and every sort of person from all walks of life. Creating your character
We will create characters together during session 0, and I'll help you create one separately if you join afterwards. DnD 5e 2024 official content only: Players Handbook 2024 and Heroes of Faerun 2024 Array, Point Buy or Rolling There are also premade characters available for those who just want to roleplay and not engage in the nitty gritty of creating characters!
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Check that your microphone is working and check that you would be happy to listen to the quality for 3 hours every week. Have a discord and roll20 account. Discord links will be provided as you join the game. I will be using a webcam, it is not needed for anyone else but you are welcome to!
What Vlue brings to the table
I will provide you with living NPC's and an interwoven story. There will be both heartwarming moments and that tightness in your chest as the somber music comes on. Your character's lives are heavily reflected in sessions: events from your past, family, needs and wants. Roll20 pro and all official DnD 2024 content. Ambient music, and we will be doing a ton of roleplaying. Combat exists but is there to help tell a story rather than a focus.

How Vlue creates a safe table
We have a session 0 where we go through lines and veils that I have asked for prior, which can be added to whenever. We use digital X cards(button prompts, macros and dm's) We do aftercare. My DM's are always open and I am ready to jump out and in of the game as many times as is needed for the players to feel comfortable.
