About the adventure
Vecna: Eve of Ruin is a high-stakes, plane-hopping Dungeons & Dragons campaign where the fate of the multiverse teeters on the edge of annihilation. The lich-god Vecna, master of secrets and undeath, has begun enacting a catastrophic ritual to rewrite all existence in his image. To stop him, players must travel across iconic worlds—from the dark alleys of Ravenloft to the golden skies of Elysium—seeking legendary allies, unraveling ancient mysteries, and confronting the god of secrets in his lair beyond reality itself. The scale is epic, the risks are cosmic, and the choices you make will echo across worlds. This campaign blends intense combat, rich storytelling, and classic D&D lore with fresh twists that challenge even veteran adventurers. Whether you're a cunning rogue, a stalwart paladin, or a warlock with questionable pacts, your skills will be tested as you battle mind flayers, corrupted celestials, and Vecna's twisted lieutenants. But beware—trust is a rare currency in a world where deception is divine, and even the gods themselves tremble. The Eve of Ruin is upon us… will you stand against the darkness, or be swallowed by it?

Creating your character
Character Creation Guidelines Point Buy System: Use the 33-point buy system to generate your character's ability scores. This means you have 33 points to allocate among your ability scores (Strength, Dexterity, Constitution, Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma) based on the point cost rules found in the Player's Handbook or any official D&D source. A max of 20 and a minimum of 3 after the racial bonuses. Official Sources: You can use any content from all official Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition sourcebooks published by Wizards of the Coast. This includes the Player's Handbook, Dungeon Master's Guide, Monster Manual, and all supplementary books and adventures like Xanathar's Guide to Everything, Tasha's Cauldron of Everything, etc. Homebrew and Third-Party Content: You are welcome to use homebrew (fan-created) and third-party content (published by creators other than Wizards of the Coast). However, any homebrew or third-party content must be reviewed and approved by me before you include it in your character.
