About the adventure
Welcome too your chance to survive the end of the world and the rise of the dead! The walking dead will be after every thing that breaths, with looters and agents of chaos driving the situation too its extremes. Over the course of this campaign you will spend alot of time surviving the end of the world, Looting for food / loot and living out your worst life after the end of the world! The campaign will be run very open world, with players being given the freedom to go after there own goals atop did i mention surviving? Will you Chase after the source? Will you build a commune and rebuild society? will you let loose and live your best Rockstar life? that choice is up too you!

About me
Howdy I go by Rabbit (Old highschool nickname that stuck), But you can also call me Ian. I have been playing roleplaying games sense high school and the vast majority of that as a GM. I use to be big into the heros journey and the telling of the epics. but over time I have come to prefer Darker stories one where heroes are Heroic cause they are willing to suffer through the nightmare and come through it worse for ware. The ending often being "Was it worth it?" I run alot of warhammer 40k RPGs mainly the old fantasy flight systems (Dark heresy, Only war, Rogue Trader, Death watch, Black crusade.) But I am an avid collector of sytemes and books from cyberpunk 5e, The old starship troopers Role-playing game, World of darkness and its funny sequel reboot chronicles of darkness, the star wars games, He'll I have run the fan made Naruto and bleach classless rpgss at one point and so much more. In general I am willing to run most systems and games just don't expect "power fantasy" and Rightousness to be core parts of the story. Characters gear strong as a product of there wits and enviroument and being good often goes unrewarded. On the topic of good I am also a fan of villainous campaigns from your Disney villains too your vlad the impaled and hat nailers. So if you ever wanted to play out some actual evil I can provide that too.

Creating your character
Character creation will happen during Session 0, in wich we will build our survivors generally building them very grounded and focused on making relatively normal peeps... ya know for people trying to survive the end of the world against hordes of the undead.

What The Rabbit brings to the table
Generally i like to focus on player choice and freedom of action while providing a world that feels as lived in as possible. i like to frequently challenge my players beyond just dungeons i like social interactions to be more then just give and take, specially in a zombie setting money instead going to be nearly as important as food, or revenge, or just finding the will to live on. Expect some cool maps from time to time (most of the time we will be using a mix of theatre of the mind and a mix of real world maps.) Some music to go with the backing ambiance. Much of the experience of this campaign will be focused the moment to moment survival dealing with the initial outbreak and the insuring chaos. So i will be focused on providing the chaos that beat too beat wild moments with little room to breath and rest between the moments.

How The Rabbit creates a safe table
We will go over the themes during session 0 to reinforce the listed content warnings and make sure every one is all on the same page. From there we will go over Lines and Veils. and establish what is cool and what is not. and then at the end of every session we will have a brief talk about the session and decompress everything as needed!
