About the adventure
This is a small original one-shot designed to introduce people to the world and feel of a Cyberpunk game. The session will start with an introduction of every player character (think of it as your spotlight moment ), then move to a scene where the whole team/party gathers to receive the information about the job and then the job itself. It is a relatively simple session that will allow you to get familiar with the system and most of its mechanics.

About me
Hello there! I’m Simão, a Portuguese actor and professional Game Master. I have been playing TTRPGs since 2017, and I have led many projects and initiatives with the goal of opening up the hobby and community. I am very passionate about telling stories as a group. The element of collaborative storytelling is what pulled me in to TTRPGs in the first place and I feel very confident about my ability to guide players into the best version of the stories they want to tell.

Creating your character
At the beginning of the session you will pick from one of five pre-generated characters. We will then talk through the sheet (this will also be a moment for me to explain the basics of the system) and then we’re good to go!

You will need to have a Discord and Roll20 accounts.
What Simão Vaz brings to the table
I will provide the characters and explain the whole sheet to you before we start playing. During play, you can expect ambient music and, when called for, reference images of the scene being played out. Each character will have their voice and accent, making it easier for players to know who is addressing them. I will also be providing images and artwork for said characters when available. All the images showed in my games are strictly non-AI made. Due to the system, Cyberpunk can be quite the tactical game when it comes to combat. That doesn't mean that if you want to do something wacky and outside the box you can't. In fact, I embrace that type of creativity from the players at my table. If you want to do something unaccounted for in the rules, go for it! It will be my job to figure out how to referee it.

How Simão Vaz creates a safe table
The main safety tool that will be used during the session is the X card. We will be taking breaks and there will be a constant check-in when it comes to the level of violence used in descriptions. Afterwards, outside of session timings, we will reserve as long as it’s needed for a debrief and discussion of Stars and Wishes.
