Creating your character

You can make your character before we start, but if you need help or have questions, you can message me or wait until we can do it together. We will start at level 1. For stats, you can use the basic number, point buy, or roll them. If you decide to roll, you can only reroll if you have nothing 14 or higher, or if you have two stats 8 or lower. You can play any race and class from any of the official rule books. You can use dnd beyond for your sheet, but you will need beyond 20 to send the rolls onto roll 20.

Preparing for the session

All you will need is a mic, a discord account and a roll 20 account. Also, find an image to represent your character on the map.

What Marie Desautels brings to the table

I have all the maps in color, with the tokens. I always put a fitting music and I do my best to make the characters sound different. I tend to follow the rules for the most part with a few exeptions that we will discuss.

Homebrew rules

- Can use 2 bonus actions if you sacrifice your main action. - Can use 2 spellslots in the same turn if one is a bonus action. -No Flanking.

How Marie Desautels creates a safe table

Please write to me if there is anything you want to avoid in the roleplay. If a situation is too much, tell me. We can take breaks, we can change the scene or reduce the intencity. My own limits are: no explicit sex scenes (fade to black if something does happen), nothing rape related, no pedophilia of any kind. I will not tolerate if anyone breaks those limits. I will warn and even ban if necessary. Your own limits will be added to the list of rules that we will discuss at the begining of the campaign. I want everyone to be comfortable at my table.
