About the adventure
Calling all urchins, criminals, charlatans, and rogues! The events of Waterdeep: Dragon Heist and Dungeon of the Mad Mage set the stage for a campaign full of roguish adventure as you gather your crew in Skullport and work to become the most infamous rogues within the port of shadows and the city of splendors. You'll need to deal with crime syndicate bosses, dodge the city watch, and compete against rival gangs to survive in this campaign for levels 3 to 20. Creating your character
Characters will start at level 3. All characters should start with one of the following recommended backgrounds: Charlatan, Criminal, Entertainer, Faceless, Gambler, Pirate, Ruined, Smuggler, or Urchin. Other backgrounds available on DM approval. Milestones will be used for leveling.
