About the adventure

⚔️ Seven Dooms for Sandpoint A Dark Fantasy Pathfinder 2e Campaign Beginning with Rusthenge Your journey begins with the Rusthenge adventure, where the party unearths the remnants of an ancient power buried along the Varisian coast. From there, your choices and discoveries will ripple outward, drawing you inexorably toward Sandpoint, a small town teetering on the edge of prophecy. Once the mysteries of Rusthenge have been uncovered, the campaign flows directly into Seven Dooms for Sandpoint—a dark, character-driven story of omens, cults, and cosmic forces that have marked this region for centuries. The heroes will find themselves at the center of a web that stretches back to Thassilon itself. But this is only the beginning. The choices you make across these stories will lay the groundwork for Revenge of the Runelords, an epic continuation that reawakens ancient tyrants and tests the strength of everything you’ve built. Together, these adventures form a full-level campaign arc—from humble heroes uncovering local mysteries to world-shaping legends confronting the return of ancient sin. Expect a blend of dark fantasy, mystery, and high adventure, filled with unforgettable NPCs, eerie ruins, and moral choices that carry weight. Whether you’re new to Pathfinder or a long-time fan of Varisia’s saga, this campaign offers a complete journey through one of the most storied settings in fantasy roleplaying. 🎭 Perfect For Players who love long-form storytelling and continuity Fans of mystery, lore, and interconnected adventures Groups who enjoy meaningful progression from local heroes to epic legends

About me

I always loved creating fascinating stories and situations for player characters to react and solve. My promise is that sessions will be engaging, intense, and dramatic, as we experience the stories of the world and our characters unfold before our eyes. Writing this after doing over 40 sessions for SPG. I first got into DMing for DnD for family and friends, eventually branching out to online communities. While I maintain those sessions I also was curious if I could make a living out of being a DM as all of the players I DMed for showed enthusiastic support and eagerness for each and every session. Branching out to SPG I started with just a single session, and they loved it. Then when Dragonlance released I put out a few more sessions that wouldn't conflict with my work schedule and with all of their enthusiastic love, support and encouragement for me as a DM and for the stories we tell as well as their eagerness for next session "Is it (session day) yet?" I decided to try to make this silly hobby a full time job. I would not be doing this without the massive amount of support and encouragement from my players. With that, I would like to invite you to join our community. I have been making stories with systems similar to DnD since I was in Highschool. When I started playing DnD and eventually gained the confidence to become a DM in every game I was in my players kept asking me to extend the session length, even upwards of lasting the whole day. Then when I learned people have made a living doing this I decided to reach out to StartPlayGames and see what I can add to this community!

Creating your character

I find Pathfinder2e characters to be best when you think of an idea and pick your class, abilities, and spells around it. And the system definitely supports that! Character Creation Level: starting at 1 then leveling as a group Option Rules: Free Archetype (with limits) Gradual Ability Boost

What Count Camerox brings to the table

🎲 What I’ll Provide A rich, immersive story with meaningful stakes: expect dramatic moments, cinematic action, and characters whose choices resonate—not just fights but consequences. Pacing that moves: no endless shopping trips or filler—sessions are structured so you feel progress and discovery every time. A world that reacts: your actions and decisions leave echoes in the setting, altering NPC attitudes, story threads, and what comes next. A table where everyone has fun: combat, role-play, and narrative get balanced so whether you like tactical battles or deep character moments, there’s something for you. Clear communication and excellent responsiveness: I aim for rapid replies and an open channel for questions, so you always know what’s happening and how you fit in. 🎭 How I Run the Game Tone & style: I lean into dark fantasy and high fantasy—expect gritty threats, epic moments, and a world where heroes rise and shadows loom. Combat & role-play: Both matter. I deliver intense, tactical fights and opportunities for player-driven character interaction. Rule of Cool: Yes, I embrace the “Rule of Cool” — if you describe a great move or clever idea, I’ll reward it. But I also respect the rules and will keep major game-systems consistent so things stay fair. Character voices and ambience: Expect atmospheric descriptions, maybe some music or ambient sound to set the mood, and NPCs with distinct voices and motivations. Sandbox elements: While the campaign will follow a strong narrative arc, there will be freedom to explore, dig into side-stories, and pursue optional goals. Your autonomy matters. ✅ What I Expect from Players A willingness to engage: both in the story and the action. Respect for the group and the game structure—arriving ready, participating in scenes, and collaborating. Openness to explore characters, make choices, and deal with consequences (both good and bad). A spirit of teamwork—helping each other shine makes the game stronger for everyone.

Safety

How Count Camerox creates a safe table

We play these games to have fun and to escape, we do not need people making our games uncomfortable. If a session is particularly gruesome or disturbing in any capacity, I will provide aftercare, if any events occur that are triggering that I did not give warning to, X, N, & O Cards are available by messaging me. I wish for all of my tables to be a safe space for everyone involves, if accidents happen, they will be addressed and resolved, but if repeated or if particularly appalling, action will be taken to ensure the overall being of the tabel.
