About the adventure
Ottawa’s nights are unstable. Power is contested, loyalties are fragile, and the city’s Kindred move carefully through a domain where influence matters more than force, and mistakes rarely go unnoticed. Authority is weakening, factions are maneuvering, and unseen threats press ever closer. In this chronicle, you will navigate a world defined by politics, secrecy, and predation — where survival depends as much on perception and alliances as on strength. Every interaction carries weight. Favors create obligations. Secrets create leverage. Trust creates vulnerability. This is a story of manipulation, ambition, and consequence set within the World of Darkness. Violence exists, but it is neither constant nor trivial. When conflicts erupt, they are decisive and often irreversible. The city reacts to your decisions. Relationships evolve. Power structures shift. Reputations are built — or destroyed. No path is predetermined. Whether you pursue influence, stability, rebellion, or simple survival, your choices shape how events unfold and how others respond to you. Chronicle Tone & Style: • Political intrigue & social maneuvering • Tension-driven, roleplay-focused play • Espionage, secrets, and shifting alliances • Personal horror & moral ambiguity • Rare but high-impact conflict Ottawa is not a battlefield. It is a chessboard. What This Chronicle Emphasizes: ✔ Meaningful character-driven decisions ✔ Reactive narrative & evolving dynamics ✔ Deep roleplay and interpersonal tension ✔ Strategic thinking over brute force ✔ Guidance for all experience levels No prior Vampire knowledge required. Who This Game Is Perfect For: ✔ Players who enjoy intrigue and psychology ✔ Character-focused roleplayers ✔ Fans of tension and consequence ✔ Lovers of dark, reactive storytelling ✔ Curious newcomers and veterans alike In Ottawa’s nights, power is never given — only taken, traded, or stolen. How will you claim your place?

About me
Adam (Legend Weaver) has been playing Dungeons and Dragons since elementary school. Since then, he's played several different role-playing games, both in-person and online. He spent several years running a Vampire LARP in his city and has hundreds of hours of storytelling and game-running experience. Critical Role brought him back to the world of Dungeons and Dragons, and he enjoys being both behind the screen and in the trenches with other players. As an actor and singer, Adam enjoys telling stories, and this just adds to the list of stories he can help tell. He uses his theatre training to add creative NPCs and descriptions to enhance the player experience as much as possible. We now have a Discord Community server!
